I cannot say enough good things about Rob. After a terrible experience with the Auburn WA facility…read moreand Corporate, this was a welcome change. Rob took ownership of our situation and did his level best to correct the situation. Our U-boxes were handled with care and immediately stored upon arrival, for which they were ready in advance. And then after a 3 month storage, Rob ensured our 5 boxes were ready for unloading the day of the final leg of our move. I would gladly do business again with Rob and recommend him to others for storage or moving needs.

do not use this uhaul! I made an appointment for hitch install and received email confirmation…read more manager said they had plenty of time to order parts but would call if any problems. I received no calls or emails so arrived at my appointed time. clerk said parts did not arrive and she had changed the appointment in the system the day before (on Sunday) but forgot to call or send an email. it was over an hour drive and I complained and she said "sorry" and they would let me know when the parts arrived. I was slightly annoyed but things happen. next day received a call from the installer. he was very rude and belligerent and said I never had an appointment and he didn't know when he could install the hitch. he said it was my fault for not checking. when I pointed out I had an email with the time and date and assurances by the manager they would call if any delays. I also said I understood things happen but didn't appreciate both the receptionist and installer making it sound like this was my fault. "installer said he did t like my attitude and would cancel the order and hung up. was very weird and manager had said my car was difficult to install a hitch on so think the installer was looking for an excuse and just didn't want to do it. extremely poor customer service and strongly tecommend avoiding this uhaul.

After 2 weeks of nonstop calls/texts, I told them that their quote was too high for a simple move. But, I agreed to it and what's done is done. For $1200, I was to have a 4 man crew that would pack, load, transport, unload, set up/put together, at my new place. My stuff was in a storage unit, already packed in boxes/tubs. I had one small chair and a cloth dresser, for furniture. There was no 4 man crew, just Salvador (and his young son). There was no set/up of anything at my new place. In fact, it was all unloaded into a small 5 X 10 storage unit. Melody was helpful and kind. I just don't understand why I was charged the full quoted price when the company didn't honor there own terms. Hire someone else. Don't go with MC Moving.

Trying to save a little money by renting here for just a few months ended up costing me thousands…read morein damage to my belongings. Look at the condition of this place, it will tell you what you need to know - marked deferred maintenance. The roof over my unit leaked and soaked all of my stuff over the SUMMER! Everything got moldy and had to be discarded. EZE Storage took no responsibility. I could have sued (got lots of photos, and the professional opinions of a contractor and an experienced mover who saw immediately that leaks down beam were due to very worn condition of roof), but given that I moved cross country, it wasn't worth all the trouble. Spend a little more money and go across the street or to another responsible facility. You won't have to risk the loss of all your items. Photos are just a few examples of ruined belongings and delapidated facility condition.
