THANK YOU KIRSTI !!! This will be a mixed review. We used to eat here a lot food was great service was okay and then it just got bad . So we started ordering it picking it up and bringing the food home. My family loves food so much that we decided to give it another chance. Our server once again was horrible. Just hanging out at other tables so we had to keep asking another young lady to help us. Her name is Kristi and she saw our frustration and would stop and take care of us. AND SHE WASNT EVEN OUR WAITRESS!! I left her a tip with her name on it and my son said he saw the other server grab it. So the last 2 times we've eaten there we asked for Kirsti. And these last 2 times have been the best times we've had while eating here. We love the food. Love the environment and want to say thank you Kirsti for ur hustle. About half of the wait staff actually does their job. So if this is your first time eating here don't chance it I suggest you request Kirsti as ur server. read more

Excellent service! Great place for a family get together or even just a night out! The food is hot and just the way you prefer. The servers always remember to ask if you'd like traditional or boneless. (You can get as many flavors as you'd like!) as soon as you walk in your greeted by the astonishing front staff and are given the choice to choose between a booth, table, or a bar seat. They have games for kids and always give kids ice creams with their kids menus to ensure the happiness of not only the parents but the children as well. The bartender ziggy is one of the most fast pace and on point bartenders I've ever met. If you love chicken wings or even burgers, I would definitely recommend this place! I'm for sure coming back again soon. This was my first dining experience at any Big City Wings location & I am completely blown away. The service is awesome and the employees definitely exceed that adjective. First of all we were greeted when we walked in the door which is hard to find at many establishments today, moreover the employees were VERY informative. They did not hold back on letting us know great deals and food opportunities and I am more than satisfied. Emily and Bree are top tier, they have outstanding customer service skills and are quite personable. I came here with my friends a few days ago and we had the absolute best time! We came on the two for Tuesday and Jeff and Jeremy were both very proactive in making sure that our food was great and service was as well. I usually don't write reviews but the service that they provided shouldn't go unnoticed at all. I know that this used to be the old Buffalo Wild Wings location but they are nowhere like them. Big city wings definitely has made a great and lasting impression on me and we will be back for more good food. I love how they have big tv screens and great music playing while you're there. I went to this location and was extremely surprised at how clean the restaurant was. Our server came very quickly and always ensured that if we had any questions to let her know. Our food came out very quickly and was extremely hot. I do not go out very much, but I saw this restaurant was new and decided to give it a try with my family. Needless to say I'm so glad that we did that! They have huge tv screens with any sports games on, and good music. Overall you won't be disappointed. First time to stop into a Big City wings. The menu had a nice variety of food and beer. Chase was our server. Explained some of the new items they had. The jalapeño cheese curds were pretty damn good. The ranch was excellent. You know you can ruin something with some bad ranch. Onion rings were fantastic. Really liked the honey citrus and Parmesan hot for the wing sauces. The wings were extra crispy the way we like and were nice and juicy. Good size and good flavor. My first visit was Good Friday and I was hooked. Between the great food, atmosphere, servers and drinks, this place is a winner!! I've been back almost every week... sometimes multiple times in the week. In the first week alone, we came back 3 times. I have been here with family, friends and co-workers... perfect for anyone!! This is honestly my favorite wing place around. Great customer service, was seated very quickly with no wait time. I came on Monday which is .70 cent chicken tenders and they came out perfect. Great taste and the sauces were amazing. I ordered the honey BBQ, mango habanero, and honey citrus. I highly recommend all of those sauces. Our food came out quick and was really good. What a dumpster of a restaurant. Want to wait an hour for a pint of beer? Even longer for cold wings that have been sitting out while your tatted up, fake eyelash waitress is outside on her phone? Love this place! Always have great specials everyday of the week and awesome prices. Plenty of TV's all around for sports season. My favorite nights are Monday's for the 34oz beers for $4.50 and Fridays with the half price apps and margs. All the sports bar and grills were packed on a Friday night. So I wanted to try a new place. The energy and vibe in this place as soon as I walked in is amazing. Not loud or obnoxious. Playing all your favorite sports serving great draft beer. I sat at the bar, and during COVID, that's rare to find. An open seat at a bar. The bartender was very nice and prompt. Big city wings, located where the old buffalo wings, is definitely competition for your go to wing restaurants (bdubs, wing stop, etc.). I order the boneless wing basket and the entire meal was one of the freshest and tastiest I've ever had! The waffle fries were freshly cooked and seasoned to perfection. This place became our favorite Wing spot since the first time we visited. We come pretty much every week and the food is always great! Good friendly service and it's always cool and clean! The Honey Citrus wings are the best wings I've ever tried and always come back for more, the service is fast and friendly and the $3 Long Island teas on tuesdays are very good to!
