She came over to talk to me and one of the employees in this store says to her "Are you the one with those four boys?" She told the employee she was and the employee says "I told him if I had four boys I'd shoot myself in the head." She said this again IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN. My wife called and asked to speak to a manager and they put her on the phone with the same employee who made these terrible remarks. She did not realize it until the end of the conversation. So whoever her manager is will never know. My children were in there behaving perfectly. They were using their money to buy stocking stuffers for their mommy.

But now I wonder what y'all say about people on the side. Some cannot tip, some may tip and one day forget, some do cash, etc. We dont need to be lectured about protocol this is so rude. We pay a service fee yearly and we do our best WE are the customer. You need to remember that in the future. Frankly, dont have tipping then, they say y'all dont pay well but she was "grateful" for the job. I cannot believe the attitude of younger people and am frankly tired of it, people do not want to feel put down if they cannot afford more. So wrong. One of you can check the pages and find it easily but I seriously doubt you will. I appreciate the convenience but I dont think people really care about clients/customers anymore unless its a local small business. We try and shop small and local first.

While at another establishment my Dad decided to speak up and ask if there was a place around that sold medical equipment. Luckily they knew of a place and it was exactly what we needed. After putting in the location to GPS, we wound up here. When we first showed up we thought the place was closed, the parking lot looked nearly empty. However, when we went inside there were three ladies sitting there, waiting to help. After a few minutes of explaining, going to the car to get the piece of equipment, they were able to match what they needed and help us out. These ladies knew exactly what they had on hand and the exact piece that would work with what my Dad had. The price for it wasn't too expensive and solved the problem we had. Paid in cash and we were out the door before they closed for the day.
