She came over to talk to me and one of the employees in this store says to her "Are you the one with those four boys?" She told the employee she was and the employee says "I told him if I had four boys I'd shoot myself in the head." She said this again IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN. My wife called and asked to speak to a manager and they put her on the phone with the same employee who made these terrible remarks. She did not realize it until the end of the conversation. So whoever her manager is will never know. My children were in there behaving perfectly. They were using their money to buy stocking stuffers for their mommy.

OK I normally use Ider Discount Drugs in Ider Alabama for all my meds. But for the last few times…read moreeither they didn't have my meds in stock and owed me meds or didn't have my daughter's in stock and I had to keep coming back until they got it in. It is also closer for me to go to Walgreens to get my meds. So I had my meds transferred to Walgreens. I misunderstood what Walgreens told me about one of my meds..besides it's hard to hear through their drive through window...anyway one of my meds I was gonna have to go back to Ider to get filled. I called Ider to ask if they had it in stock and explained to then why I had my meds transferred to Walgreens main reason was being closer. They told me on the phone they would fill it. I drive from ft. Payne to Ider to get this med filled where I got the run around. I walk in give them the prescription they look at it and told me it will be a few minutes. I told them I would be back to pick it up. I run to the feed store and back and that's when they tell me that the prescription was made out to Walgreens that they couldn't fill it..they could fill it just bill Walgreens for it they thought I was srupid...but anyway the dr. Was still open so I go back into the doc office explain what was going on and he rewrote the prescription with Ider drugs on it. I go back over to the drug store hand it to the lady and very rudely she then tells me that she refuses to fill my prescription because I had my other prescriptions transfered over to Walgreens in a very hateful voice and then throws my prescription at me. I asked her why didn't she tell me this when I called and she told me she was calling my doctor. Well naturally I told her to call him I was on my way back over there. He wasn't pleased. Anyway needless to say Walgreens will get all my business from now own and my family's business. I will tell everyone I know how I was treated at Ider discount drugs and let them be the judge if they want to use them or not. This drug store was filled with people and this lady yelling at me and throwing my prescription at me. If you have any common decency I advise you not to use Ider drugs. After using them for years they treat you like your a piece of crap. I do plan on turning this over to my insurance and lawyer.

If this NP doesn't like her job, should find another job. It was evident by her body language and lack of empathy she was not happy to see another patient. We asked for liquid antibiotic and she ordered pills, just an overall not a compassionate visit. I know people can have an off day and maybe this was the case, but every patient should be treated with kindness especially when they are not being unkind to you!
