This is a GRWAT place to take kids!!! We go for hours, the kids can jump and I can work while using the free wifi. The best part is that I don't have to chase the kids around to watch them. Because of the layout of Big Bounce, I can find a comfy booth and sit and watch the kids over the short 1/2 wall. I never have to leave my seat to see that my kids are playing safely. The workers at Big Bounce are great about not allowing too many kids in the building at once, and they monitor behavior of all the kids! AND you can order papa Johns pizza and have it delivered right there!!!! my only complaint is that they aren't closer to my home in Richmond!! GREAT GREAT GREAT place to go!!!! read more

We took our grandchildren there until they grew older than the limit. They loved it every time we went and were always excited to go back. Big Bounce is always clean and well staffed. The ice cream is great and gives both kids and adults a nice way to relax after some time bouncing. I highly recommend Big Bounce - a great active alternative to electronic games. read more

I have had my daughter's birthday party at Big Bounce, everything about the event was great. The kids had a blast. The service was excellent. I also have rented a bounce house with slide and pool for an employee party. Delivered on time. Everything was based on our needs and wants. This is our 2nd visit....both times place was nice and clean. Very friendly staff and happy to answer questions. My kids love it here and beg to come back. The prices are affordable....along with a reasonable priced menu. They also can order pizza from papa johns if you want something besides hot dogs and pretzels. read more

Love this place! I've been to many outdoor events that always rents a Big Bounce inflatable every time, and the kids love it! Easily the most popular things for the kids at these events. Personally, I love going into the Fun Center and getting an Ashby's ice cream or a coney dog or nachos! read more

I had my daughter birthday at Big Bounce, they ran out of ice cream and so the kids had no ice cream with there cake. they have games which you can earn tickets but the prizes you can get r not worth the money you put in the game. read more
