You mean after we agreed and I was waiting for you to send me an invoice that you assured me we wouldn't lose just because you hadn't gotten to it? Seems shady. Bob did offer me two other options, a town car or a party bus at a higher price. I went ahead and booked with another company. I really tried to give them an opportunity to do right and not hold last year against them but I don't think they'll get a third shot at my business. I will say after I told Bob I booked with another company he offered to give gift certificate due to the inconvenience but I passed. Just be careful when booking with Bob's company.

The offer for our troubles was laughable essentially a refund of our deposit and $100 off a future ride. Again do not book through this company unless you want to be disappointed.
