The car was an SUV, clean and comfortable. Casey was a great driver. He was friendly, great conversation and had interesting tips and side detours to fill out gaps in the itinerary (ask for the sausage biscuit from the gas station for breakfast if it's on your way). I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver. The owner did apologize but did not offer anything further to compensate for the experience.
