October 29th, 2025: So I know that TRB has had some bad…read morereviews in the past and I wanted to set things straight. Michele is the owner and she stands behind the work. I had originally dealt with Katie and let me tell you, there was great communication when it came to taking our mon... ey, but as soon as the job was done, she fell off the face of the earth. Caught her in a number of lies and after almost a month of getting the run around, I went directly to the owner Michele. Now here's where things get good. Michele called me THE DAY AFTER i sent the email to her with my concerns. She took immediate action and my issue was fully resolved within a week. She had her people come out, access the situation, contacted me with several options to make it right, and as soon as we came up with the direction we wanted to go, it was taken care of THE NEXT DAY! I don't know what you have heard, but I had seen great reviews but after having my problem, the reviews got bad. It looks like good reviews are back and I can tell you why... KATIE IS GONE! Won't go into details, but we all know it just takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch. Since Katie was let go, everything seems to be running smoothly again. Michele is still cleaning up after the mess that was left but I see her making things right at the companies expense. Of course I tipped the guys, but she didn't try to shake me down or even ask for a good review, which is why I'm compelled to leave one. In a world where customer service is a lost art and it's rare to find people who stand by their word, it was refreshing to work with Michele. She's put my faith back in local family owned businesses. The Roof Brand completed their work to my satisfaction and I know if there are any issues, they will be taken care of. Everyone I worked with before and after Katie left were wonderful to work with. It was just one bad manager that made a lot of mistakes and did not communicate well. She is gone now, so have faith that your roofing needs will be met with commitment. I trust The Roof Brand and even though there was an issue, I would work with them again because I know from experience the owner stands behind the work.

I have to admit that I had trouble committing for a long time when I knew we needed our roof replaced but it was just hard to trust that any company would actually have our best interest in mind. Maybe we got lucky, maybe they just liked us for some reason, but whatever it was, I am so happy we ended up going with The Roof Brand. We only paid a fraction of what we thought we would have to, had the entire process was throughly explained, there were no surprises or hidden fees, and after getting all the paperwork completed, we had the replacement scheduled almost immediately. The crew was there first thing in the morning and done early afternoon. We have a very steep incline on our roof so you can see the entire roof and it looks incredible. Zero stars if Yelp would let me. I sent a request via Yelp for quotes from roofing companies to…read morerepair a leak. Tyrone Jara, the owner, responded to my Yelp quote request within minutes. He came the next morning to inspect and gave a verbal quote. Quote was very reasonable. So I scheduled the repair for six days later when he said they were available. So far, so good right? All down hill from there. No one showed up on the service date, so I messaged Tyrone, who did not respond for nearly an hour. He eventually said their current job had issues and they would be there another hour. Would've been nice if someone had let me know since I took time off from work to be home for the appointment. So I messaged him back immediately asking if they were still coming after the other job was done. Tyrone never responded and they didn't come. The next day I asked again and he finally responded that they'd come between 2:00 and 3:00 that day. Again no one showed up so I inquired again. Tyrone said because it was raining they would "hold off". I immediately asked if he meant hold off until later in the day or hold off for another day. Again, he never responded. I've messaged him two more times to see if he still wanted the job, but days later and he has never responded. Extremely poor customer service and lack of responsiveness from this company. I can't attest to the quality of their work since they would never show up when they said and the owner just stopped responding. I guess he feels like he's doing you a favor by taking a job and you should just deal with his poor customer service and not expect to be told when they're not going to show up. I wouldn't hire this guy now if he said he'd do it for free!

My initial call was returned within minutes! Richard went to my house and provided me an estimate in less than 24- hours! We discussed the pros and cons of a new roof vs a repair. Richard was available for a full re-roofing job within a couple days but kindly waited a few days until I was off work, as I have a home based business. Richard explained why insurance couldn't cover the project. He never talked down to me as a woman. He provided options and patiently answered my many questions.
