Buyer Beware!!! Don't buy motor mounts front these guys!!!! Their rear motor mounts Fail and they refuse to accept any responsibility... I contacted them and sent in photos of my motor Mount (clearly failing and rubbing on the motor). I asked for help to look at it and tell me what was wrong, maybe walk me through how to fix it... Instead I receive a message back telling me I have their "Old" design, and that I need to buy a new $400 "New Design" model or to revert back to a $100 OEM part... why would someone spend $400 on the 1st place on an "Upgrade" part just to be told several years later it's no good and I should put the OEM one back? When I asked if they could issue any credit towards the new design, they said NO... Then I said "that's not helpful" and they blocked me from contacting them or viewing their page on Instagram.... These guys are crooks, stay away!!! I'll be sure to share my experience on every Dyna Group or Forum I see their name mentioned on from now on... NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. read more

I really hate making a negative post especially for a small business. **PLEASE READ*** I purchased a mid control kit for my 2004 bagger with in the description was to fit my specific bike, they didn't supply any papers or instructions on how to install this kit. I called bigbear performance looking for some instructions & after multiple phone calls seeking help I was told to grind my primary on my bike inorder to make the part fit, I even offered to trailer my bike 300miles to there shop & was denied at that point I decided to send the part back because it WAS NOT a fit for my bike like the description said. Unfortunately big bear performance would only supply a partial refund that took over a month of me calling multiple times to get refunded after shipping the parts.. I am really glad to see they removed this part from their website so no one else has to deal with the heartache that I experienced. I was really looking forward to supporting bigbears mid controls until they provided me with a nightmare.. Needless to say I paid them $400 plus shipping cost for absolutely nothing... I strongly wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. read more

After Kevin explained to me the different options available to me, I was confident in my decision to spend my money with them for their suspension on my Harley. I would like to extend my gratitude to Big Bear Performance, Kevin and his team of professionals. A friend of mine told me about the 32mm cartridges for my 2022 road glide. After installing the Ohlins rear screaming eagle shocks it made a difference, but I want to tell you the front was pathetic at best. I had the privilege of talking to Kevin when I called the shop and was able to get a schedule that same week to have the front upgraded. Arrived early from San Diego and the upgrade to the 32mm was completed while I waited and was able to watch from the lobby and shop. I was instructed to test ride after they even adjusted my rear shocks to my weight and was blown away. My bagger is now an experience to behold its literally safer, brakes much better, corners like a performance bike, best investment one could ever make on a bike is proper suspension and nothing on the market will compare to this product. I have ordered from them twice now. The first time was a set of rear shocks and now a carbon fiber front fender. Both times they have been super fast to ship and very easy to work with. I spoke with them (different people each time) and they have been very friendly and helpful. I plan to keep buying parts from them and would highly recommend using BBP. read more

Dudes read my message and blocked me on Instagram because they simply didn't want to help me. I was nice and had nothing bad to say whatsoever. My exhaust was having problems basically falling apart because it was piss poor quality. And they refused to help me out under multiple circumstances. To Kevin the mastermind behind this huge scam of a business, hopefully you wake up and realize that this industry called "performance built" is not like your bedazzled affliction wearing background you've had. By far the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Placed an order on March 16th; Front and rear motor mounts, front suspension, rear shocks and a swing arm. Took 5 weeks to receive the front mount, front suspension and rear shocks. The mount was missing the bushings, the suspension didn't come with the oil that I paid extra for and the order was missing the rear mount and swing arm altogether. Spoke with Mona, said they had a new guy fulfilling the orders and she'd talk to her husband and get back to me. Never received a response back. Got ahold of Jeremy a couple weeks later, he shipped out the bushings, oil and rear mount and said he would contact Trac to find out about the swing arm. I had to call Trac myself to find out they didn't have any orders for my year Dyna. Called Jeremy back and he said he would get it resolved and it would be shipped out by Friday, 6/10 or Monday, 6/13 at the latest. Still didn't receive a tracking notification so put in another phone call to Jeremy on Friday, 6/17 and he said they received the wrong swing arm. Here we are 3 months later and thousands of dollars later. Getting a refund and will now place my order for the swing arm elsewhere. Would never do business with them moving forward or recommend their business to anyone. read more

Almost 2 months ago I ordered FXRT fairing with lowers for my CVO road king. Paid in full over $3.3k ... So after month and half I received my package it was in a big box and in bottom of the box was some sponge padding and fairing was tossed in a plastic bag as lovers too. So fairing has scratches and one corner was smashed and damaged ... I was pissed as hell , man I payed tone of money and I expect product to be in top condition no like someone found some parts laying around shop and send it to me. Holes where drilled like some kid was playing with drill , also brackets/locks that hold small glove boxes where broken you couldn't close it .... very very poor made .... Returned my box same hour to Kevin , he didn't offer replacement or anything else ... Called bank to get my money back... would never order or buy something from BBP. read more

Big Bear choppers is awesome. I didn't think they would have the time to work on my bike because their a high quality shop and been on biker build off and won allot of shows but they took it in and did an awesome job. My springer front end was over 10 years old and Kevin the owner flipped my rockers back to the way they should be and the front end rides smoother now and sits perfectly straight with the ground. He also put new and better bushings so it'll last another 20 years maybe. So awesome work and in a good timeframe. read more
