We were immediately greeted by Josh and I appreciated that he acknowledged our presence and that he would be with us shortly to assist. After he wrapped with the customer he was assisting, he introduced himself and shared a bit about the outlet and what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and was king enough to turn on a kids movie for our tiny people while we looked around. We were able to narrow down the mattress that we wanted and discussed pricing, the delivery and payment options. We were amazed at the price he quoted and we quickly realized we probably would not find a better price elsewhere. Especially after seeing the mattress we selected being double the price at other places. Needless to say, we bought the mattress and as a "thank you" we were given two succulents plants which were super cute. The only reason dropped a star was due to the delivery. My husband received a call the next day to schedule a time for that day and while a time was selected, no one showed and he ended up having to call only to be told something came up and they would be there later. That changed our plans up a bit and once the delivery finally took place, they did take our old mattress so that it could be recycled (he explained that process while we were in store and I had no idea that could be done). Anyway, this was an overall great experience and we definitely saved a good bit of money coming here. Happy to report that this was the perfect mattress for us and we are pleased with the purchase and service.

She had called and spoke to the manager to get it swapped out and the correct mattress delivered. They wanted to charge her 45 dollars for delivery. She had asked to pay half of the delivery since it was their error. She had to find people willing to help with a truck to bring the wrong mattress back and the new one delivered. This is horrible customer service and they should at least make sure the correct mattress is given and delivered. With this type of customer service I would not recommend this place.

They have very nice, modern furniture that is good quality. We ended up purchasing a bedroom set, dining set, and living room set all for a reasonable price. The best part is that it was all delivered today with the exception of a nightstand they have to get from their warehouse (told me up front, no big deal). Delivery charge is only $75 even if you get as much as we did! The delivery guys gave us a heads up call and arrived within the 30 min window. Very efficient and tip-worthy.

I purchased over $1600 worth of furniture to be delivered. Two men delivered the furniture. They…read moreassembled the stools on my hardwood floor and put a hole in one of the slates. I fixed it. A few days after the furniture was delivered, I noticed that my back door was dented. I took a picture and sent to the salesman, Basim. When I saw the door, I recalled that I had seen them try to bring a chair in the door and got stuck. They asked to remove the door to get the chair in. Basim said that he talked to the workers who said they did not take the door off and that it was not possible that they dented the door because the chair has soft edges. The door opening with the door on its hinges is 26". The chair with a metal twirling mechanism on the bottom measured 27" which was the width of the opening without the door. There was no offer to resolve this situation. I will no longer shop here. Unfortunate because the prices are good

This company is an Ashley Furniture distributor but their prices are much better. We downsized from an 8-top to a 6-top dining room set and it fits our space very nicely. Our dilemma was what color wood to select. Rod showed us the wood color on a large computer screen and even showed us on a high-definition computer which solidified the deal. We selected the lighter brown color wood set and it matches more than I could have imagined. If you decide to shop and purchase from this retailer, ask for Rod. Thank you!
