Additionally, we requested We-Haul to pack all of our dishes, glassware, and books. We chose We-Haul because Javier was quick to respond. Quoted price was much more competitive than the others on Thumbtack. But, most importantly for us, offered guaranteed delivery date/time. When every competitor we spoke to gave delivery windows of 3 days to 10 days with no guarantees, Javier and his team offered to deliver our housewares on the date of our choosing and if needed as early as in two days. On top of that, one of our dogs that would have had to fly in the cargo rode with the crew in the air-conditioned cabin and We-Haul had managed lodging accommodations to include our dog. Our family has moved a lot in the past. From Northern Virginia to Massachusetts to Kansas City to Washington State to Las Vegas back to Washington State. We've had such horrible experiences in the past from movers not showing up on time, delivering late, misplaced items from having to share trailers with other customers, damaged household goods, companies adding in cost post-contract, holding our items hostage to swindle more money, pick up crew being different than the drop off crew and having no idea of the contents truck. None of that applied with We-Haul. Crew arrived on time for both pickup and drop-off. Provided status updates during the move. Javier checked in to ensure everything was going well pre-during-post move. No items were damaged. No items were missing. Booties were worn to avoid damage to new home flooring. I would and have recommended these guys to anyone within We-Haul's coverage area.

He has admitted, via text message, to having these items and promised to return them. It has been almost a year now and has not returned them and is not responding to my text messages. Taking and keeping what is not yours I believe is stealing. In my opinion Gail is a thief. FRAUD: I paid him close to $900 as part of the contract to insure my 4 cars, one a classic, and all of my personal belongings and furniture. During the move one of my cars had paint damage and other items were broken or damaged. I requested an insurance claim form for the damages. His response was that he failed to pay the insurance premium and now he has no insurance. So, what happened to my $900 insurance payment to him? In my opinion this is fraud. LIAR: He promised to send me an insurance claim form which he has not done so to date and now we know why not. He frequently promises you one thing and fails to fulfill what he has promised. Then unpacked it just as carefully and twice as fast as they'd packed it up. They worked non-stop, tirelessly all day, were so polite and accommodating.
