Because you are the seller who did not deliver what you said you would that's why. I am stunned at their treatment of my sister and myself. I am not new to retail, I was a top producer at BLOOMINGDALES, and I find this unacceptable and frankly CHEAP.I personally think an upgrade would have been additional flowers to the bouquet not a switch. First, I want to thank Robert for taking the time to show us around. He is full of knowledge about so many of the pieces and not a bit of sales pressure. It made us feel so comfortable shopping and browsing this huge display area and outside grounds. Many of the unique and ornately detailed pieces are surprisingly lower than anticipated prices which are affordable to the average family. They've got everything from pricy colorful gigantic dragons, humorous garden nomes, and The Seven Dwarfs, to simple delicate carved stone apples and eggs. It's not all stone, though. They rightly so state that the pieces they sell have "No concrete of any kind." Sculptures of mythical creatures, historical figures, animals, functional furniture for the garden or patio or yard abound here. Also found here is pieces of abstract art carved of granite, jade, and other beautiful stone as well as sculpted pieces of aluminum (painted if you so desire), and wood pieces, as well. If you're looking to spruce up the homestead, inside or out, Westside Stone, I'm sure will be a place you be excited to choose your next piece(s) from. Coming here's a pleasure because their not a huge facility like Bordine's or Lowe's. Parking's tight but doable you just have to be careful when backing out since it's literally on Auburn Road, which is super busy and the speed limit's 50 MPH. They have a great selection of items to choose from, and prices are competitive and fair. What keeps me coming back is the staff. Their super friendly and are extremely knowledgeable. They also have regular sales and keep up with seasonal stuff like pumpkins, Christmas décor and other stuff as well. They also stand behind their products so if you buy a tree or plant, I think they will credit you if it does die. Don't quote me on that, but these guys really do stand behind what their selling. Overall a fabulous little nursery in a world of big box stores, we love coming here for just about anything!
