Great equipment at reasonable prices!…read more Took the trek out here from DTLA to look at gym equipment for the office and was not disappointed. The business is located in an industrial complex. It was freeway close and parking in the lot n front and behind was easy. The shop was stock with new gym equipment which they manufacture. There was a good selection of quality choices of weight benches, weights, strength machines and accessories. The shop was clean and well organized. I ended up purchasing a hyperextension piece. Service was outstanding. Louie was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He even loaded the piece into my vehicle. I will keep this business on my radar for future purchases.

I've been coming to this store for years and have always had great experiences. The store is clean,…read moreand the customer service is usually excellent. Today, I purchased a wagon and the young lady who helped me was amazing. She brought the item down, answered my questions, and even offered to carry it for me. She was incredibly kind and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. One thing I noticed was that while I was carrying the wagon through the store, the only employees who offered help were female team members. I passed two younger male employees who didn't check in, even though I was clearly struggling a bit. I wasn't expecting anyone to carry it for me, but a simple offer to help would have been appreciated. I also want to recognize the older gentleman outside who checked on me while I was loading my car and made sure I was okay. Overall, this is still a great store. My only suggestion is to encourage all employees to check on customers carrying heavy items. Maybe because I wasn't older or looked like I struggled but it was heavy and seeing me struggle a bit - A small gesture can make a big difference.

They immediately left us alone to browse. We asked a few questions about different pieces of equipment, which they answered without applying any sales pressure. We ultimately made a purchase of a recumbent bike. The sales process couldn't have been easier. And the delivery process was stellar. We were contacted by the distribution department, where the rep could not have been more polite. She reached out proactively with an even earlier delivery date possibility when one opened. We couldn't be there on that date, but appreciated the opportunity. We were then contacted the night before scheduled delivery, and when the driver was within 30 minutes. Great experience all around.
