Everyone is always smiling and willing to help (I love that). The value of the sneakers are reasonable and I usually walk out with 2-3 pairs of course after I have paid. The lines at check out are long but steady- it has a good flow. There's always socks in the bins for when you try on shoes and if not, I usually ask a sales associate if I can get a pair- they're always willing to go above and beyond. I highly recommend coming here especially for back to school shopping or just to update your daily shoe ware. There's plenty of parking since it's at the outlet, you're lucky if you find one right in front of the Nike Factory Store. I absolutely enjoy coming here! Yall should give it a try.

After browsing through the store I found some cool items. But I would need 27 of each. A store associate helped us with getting more in the back. I didn't catch their name so I can't thank them on here. Now let's talk about Alexa.... When we went to check out, our cashier, Alexa, who had the sweetest smile, was so patient, kind & very thorough. We had to split the transactions into three & some of the items did not have tags, or their RFID tags were compromised. Nevertheless, she kept a smile on her face the whole time while working quickly to create new tags & making sure that everything rang up correctly. I was watching all the other store associates work & everybody had a great positive attitude. All smiles while busy working, communicating with one another & the customers. Just a damn great day inside the Adidas store, I guess. By the way, most everything was 50% off!! & I was able to use my 30% off too!!! After we were finished, Alexa thanked us for coming in & gave us a very kind farewell compliment. Alexa is the perfect example of outstanding customer service, & she deserves a raise, a bonus, a gift AND a promotion. Thank you Alexa & team for your outstanding hard work & making us customers feel appreciated.

This UA is located at the Las Americas Premium Outlets, which also means that it was super crowded. This UA has since moved to a newer, cleaner, and bigger location about 100 yards north from the original location. There's now a lot of BOGO Deals or percentage discounts to their already low prices. This UA is a lot more spacious and more organized than the original location. The selection and in-stocks is a big plus as well. This location now ranks as one of my favorites and is the main reason I'll make a trip to this outlet. 2017 Yelp Review #108

WOW I LOVE THIS PLACE!…read more I came here on Saturday to find some winter jackets and coats. I'm planning on going with my man to New York City for New Years Eve this coming year and I wanted to get some winter coats now that they're on sale. I bought a winter parka (snow jacket) with a fur hood it was originally $300 but it was already marked down to $222 and then it was 50% off on Saturday plus and additional 15%! I got the parka for about $95 + tax! WHAT A STEAL WHAT A DEAL! I also got a fleece zip jacket originally $60 but it was on sale for $24.99 and additional 15%! UMMM YES, PLEASE! The best time to come here is during the summer because winter wear will be marked down like CRAZY! HOLLLA!

When I paid, they charge me the full price for the socks and not fifty percent off as advertised. I uploaded the picture in case you wanna see the price they charged and the advertising price. After that, I grabbed some items from the 70% percent off, samples rack, and the cashier say that they were not seventy percent off and that people always misplaced things. I advise the manager to have somebody check that rack since there were many items that did not belong to the rack. The manager and the teller told me that it was my responsibility to check that you should say samples on the label and that it was not the responsibility to be checking to see if they are correct. How would they expect me to know that? They kept insisting that it was my responsibility to find out that those items were not seventy percent off. I asked for a discount sonce they were false advertising since they do not care in checking and the manager did not wanna give me any discount at all. The Manager did not agree to be responsible for the mislabeled on the items. She said that it is the customer responsibility, and the customer service is not always right, as the Manager told me. I am very disappointed.

Fitness Warehouse USA ‍…read more I had visited several fitness equipment stores prior to the pandemic, but Fitness Warehouse USA was the only shop that sold Powerblocks. These are adjustable dumbbells from 5# to 90# that can be adjusted in 2.5# increments. I own a set at my Chicago home and believe these are the best adjustable dumbbells on the market. The owner, Gary, answered all my questions and provided an estimate of several pieces I was interested in. I told him I'm working on organizing my garage and would make the purchase when ready. Then the pandemic closes the gyms. This motivates me to finish my garage, but when I contact Gary to complete the order, he tells me that he's sold out AND there's a back order for months! It was a number of months later and quite frankly I forgot about them, but Justin from Fitness Warehouse USA contacts me to say my main items are available. Justin is very personable and was just as excited as me to provide the items ordered. He helped me load my items in my car and helped me decide on some additional equipment. What struck me most about Gary is his integrity. Dumbbells and many other types of exercise equipment are scarce and in high demand. There is a lot of price gouging and delivery favoritism occurring in this industry. Gary has a queue of when product arrives and who takes delivery. He also stayed true to his estimate, though he's fully aware of the price gouging (Especially Powerblock dumbbells) with fitness equipment and treated me exactly the same as where we left off when we initially met over 6-months ago. If you're looking for Powerblocks or know anyone who is, I highly recommend Fitness Warehouse USA. I believe he's an exclusive distributor of all their products. He also carries many other types of weight lifting and commercial gym equipment as well as used equipment.

The transaction went smoothly and he even brought a dolly to help transport the equipment into the car for us. You can tell he cares a lot about his business and I am glad to have purchased my equipment here than anywhere else. Should I need any additional equipment I'll be sure to inquire here first! 11/10!
