The woman helping me (didn't quite catch her name) was reluctant to help me. She came out with the device in a bath robe and slippers. She made no effort to help me with my car hood, which I assumed was their job to do since she worked at a car parts store. So, I ended up struggling with my car hood outside the AutoZone for about 15 minutes, right in front of the doors. I think it's needless to say I won't be coming back.

He asked me some questions about the car, then he asked about whether it was manufactured before or after certain months in 2013. I said yeah man I have no clue when the truck was manufactured, he replied he couldn't help me without the info. Having grown tired of his attitude and really just being around such a miserable person I said don't worry about it I'll get it somewhere else. He rung me up for coolant, then said out of the side of his mouth, "I can help you find it, I just need info".
