Not one package was in stock, a situation that I was increasing seeing with Kwik Star/Kwik Trip. When I asked for a "rain check" I was told none would be issued. I took the time to write Kwik Star about my disappointment. They NEVER REPLIED. A simple explanation would have been great but not forth coming. Apparently communicating with customers is not important to management.

Hit a few of the numbers, nothing big, went in to collect the next day and was told the tickets were for a drawing TWO WEEKS from now. Looking closer, yes they were for a drawing two weeks from now but I didn't request that. No one else in front of me did either. Complete fiasco. Got no apologies, just well wishes for that drawing. What???!!! Had any customers hit more in a scenario like that legal action would likely follow. Training clearly lacking here for basics like that.
