And the fish is as fresh as it gets- the Forelle (trout) pulled from the lake and kept in a tank alongside the Saibling, pulled out just before being cooked and served. Absolutely fabulous. My dining partner went for the bed tartare (crazy indescribable little sides served with it), and the fried Steinpilze (porcini, in season) VERY interesting and excellent wine list. The sizzling plates of duck and beef were tasty, the tofu with Szechuan vegetables was an excellent complement. It is a lot of food, and meat dishes are mainly meat, so I recommend sharing and completing meat or seafood dishes with vegetable ones.
