Who would have thought that putting together scallops and blood sausage would be so delicious? And the fish is as fresh as it gets- the Forelle (trout) pulled from the lake and kept in a tank alongside the Saibling, pulled out just before being cooked and served. Absolutely fabulous. My dining partner went for the bed tartare (crazy indescribable little sides served with it), and the fried Steinpilze (porcini, in season)
VERY interesting and excellent wine list.
It was well worth the hour drive for us. We'll be making that trip a lot!
