It was so loud and chaotic and the PT had the door open so I asked for it to be shut so I could hear him. He asked me what my doctor had gone over with me on what to expect before the surgery. I told him. He reiterated those same things. I asked a few basic questions that he couldn't help me with, like as a female how do I go to the bathroom and what side should I get into and out of bed if it is my left hip being replaced. It lasted 35 minutes and they charges me $561. I left there and went next door to Hulst Jepsen. Got personal immediate attention, it was quiet, and they charged me half for the same appointment. DO NOT Recommend!!!

Always helpful and willing to listen to me. Then there is the gang upstairs that work on the many problems I have. Zach, Nick (tall), and Patrick are really great at what they do. I also have worked with Anna, Carolyn, and others and all of them are very knowledgeable. The front desk with Aubrey and Keshia are so fantastic. It really showed how great and helpful they are when patients had to check in with the very impersonal kiosk. So glad that is gone and we are back to having "live" help at the desk. So much more efficient! I really enjoy going to therapy at CPR because of the great people working there and how knowledgeable they are!

I've been going to novo chiropractor in Grandville over two months now. I posted a review when I…read morefirst started stating how Impressed i was with the staff and services.Figured I'd give an update. Let me start off By saying not one day have I ever walked in without the staff being the happiest imaginable. They are genuinely good people. They truly do care about there patients from beginning when you walk in to even after you leave. When I started going to novo I had horrible shoulder pain. Saw two other chiropractors prior and no one could figure out what was wrong with me. Within 15 mins of my first visit Dr.Bailey had figured out what my issue was. She came up with a plan and her plan worked amazing. I sit here three months later able to lift 120lb dumbbells when before I could only hit 85 pound dumbbells due to the pain. Words can't describe how happy I am with the help and guidance I received from dr. Bailey and all the staff who assisted and continue to assist along the way. I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else. I could move an hour away and still would drive here due to the service and success I personally saw from this place.

Misread my chart and dictated hastily that I had a history of peripheral neuropathy which is total fiction and never stated that my current symptoms showed some neuropathy in my left foot resulting from the fracture. Requested in writing and in 3 follow up visits with his rude and abrasive nurse Linda who told me to lower my voice in a conference with a rep from OAM who told me Dr. Anderson has decided to not correct his dictation error nor was willing to amend it so I am stuck with his erroneous dictation to Dr. Eller. I found out that he was in a hurry to leave on vacation and instead of explaining to me his physical therapy and follow up directions he stood there talking about me to the nurses and had her try to explain his dictation which also stated that there was a surgical option but then the nurse explained that it was just protocol. He directed me to OAM's physical therapy department to see a therapist whose consult consisted of giving me two pieces of exercises and stretches to do at home. The supervisor of the physical therapy department at least had the professionalism to amend and delete the incorrect medical history that I have been attempting to have done for over several weeks since my initial visit. I paid nearly $400 out of pocket for the two "consults" from PT and Anderson. I know the oath is to "do no harm" but OAM has done me much harm because I will likely have arthritis in my left ankle and foot because Anderson didn't even send me home with a boot and I had to buy one online which further delayed my stabilization of my fractured fibula and torn ligaments and tendons which were never addressed. Very unprofessional behavior and perhaps in retaliation for sending him a certified letter requesting that he amend his error on my medical history which could potentially affect my ability to get insurance the end of the year and to complain about his unprofessional violation of the patient/doctor privilege by talking about me to his nursing staff right in front of me like I wasn't even there and stated that I will be able to do some of the exercises he had printed out for me when I have enough confidence in myself. Really?? I have repeatedly asked for a full refund for my "consult" and was told that I could get it but then I wouldn't be able to get a "follow-up consult" to let me know when I can return to work. I then proceeded to cancel my follow up visit and am still waiting for my refund from OAM for both inferior and unprofessional consultations with Anderson and Sandro in PT. I'm not holding my breath but I did send the certified letter written by nurse Linda and signed by Anderson to my attorney because it is inflammatory and inferred that I was threatening to her and the staff and patients. Really? I wanted my attorney to read the letter that said that I would be removed from the premises if I ever show up at his office and try to get Anderson to correct his mistaken dictation. The letter was obviously written by nurse Linda who got very defensive and accusatory. I did nothing wrong not was I threatening to anyone but I did raise my voice out of utter frustration at the incompetence of their record keeping system and administrative nightmare.
