The food was very tasty! The dining area is so colorful and inviting. Friendly staff. Our favorites were the appetizer fish pakora and the goat kadai and chicken tikka were very delicious! We will be back again!

This is a small Indian restaurant in an unassuming strip mall with outstanding food. The tandoori chicken is seasoned and cooked to perfection. The chicken was juicy, not dry as is sometimes the case. The naan is a lovely addition to any of the meals. The samosas are large and spicy. The portions are ample and the service is very good. The owner is often there and she and the waiter checked on our table throughout the meal to make certain we had everything we needed. I have not tried the desserts but finished with a cool and creamy mango lassi. We are awaiting the opening of the second location which will be a little closer to us and a less complicated drive. If you like Indian food, do not overlook Bibi's Tiffin.

Great food and service. A diamond in the rough. Cool wall decor! Spiced to order, very conscious of allergy ingredients. Well priced.

The food was the best in Lehigh valley. The owner is so funny and energetic. It's really a very pleasant energy there.

Best Indian food in Bethlehem! Go here all the time for CTM, ask for extra spicy (they don't make it very spicy if not)

Flavor profile on point. Found them by sheer luck. Will definitely order the goat curry and garlic Nan again.

Good Ambiance. Good chole Bature. Dosa not great, especially chutneys are bad. Service needs a lot of improvement beyond initial greeting.

Most mall patrons want something quick, so the slow service is not helpful. They gave us ketchup with the popadoms, which was strange; we are used to traditional Indian sauces. They also gave us ketchup packets with their fantastic Kathi wrap- this did not need any sauce and was delicious! It's not even pictured because we ate it show fast, after waiting so long. My only advice is to stop assuming everyone wants ketchup (I've eaten Indian cuisine since I was 7 years old and never once saw ketchup on their tables) and have some items pre-made. I will place my order ahead next time I'm at the Palmer Park mall, so it's ready when I am.

In addition to their original menu, they're now offering even more delicious Indian treats. I just had their Chhole Bhature, which was completely delicious. My colleague had an order of their Malai Tikka Leg and their Tulsi Naan; also delicious. I was so pleased with my meal, I ordered their Palak Paneer and an order of Vegetable Samosas to go. Do know that their prices are incredibly fair, and portions are quite large. You will be surprised. Easy on/off to Rt. 22 at 25th Street, Aroma Authentic Indian Cuisine will definitely live up to their previous reviews as Desi Bites; I think they'll even surpass them.

The people are also friendly, which makes the experience feel welcoming. That said, there are a few things that would make the dining experience much better. On our last visit, our group waited nearly 30 minutes for the food to arrive. During that time, the table was completely empty except for water and place settings. When food is going to take longer than usual, it would make a big difference to bring something small to the table, even pappadums or another light starter, just to keep guests happy and occupied. It would also help if someone came over to apologize, give an update, and let guests know how much longer the food may take. Also, the cold plastic plates should really be upgraded. They feel cheap and tacky, and hot food should not be served onto cold plastic plates. Real plates would immediately improve the presentation and overall dining experience. The main dining room could use more warmth and charm. Right now, it feels a bit sparse and not especially cozy. But the room you first enter is in much greater need of attention. Honestly, it feels rather depressing to eat in that area. It would not have to break the bank to make it warmer and more inviting. A little decor, better lighting, warmer colors, or even a few thoughtful touches would go a long way. Right now, it just feels like very little effort was made in that space and that it's just a path to the cash register. One final suggestion: when it is time to pay, please do not stand over guests while they review the bill and decide on a tip. It feels uncomfortable. Either leave the device on the table or bring a paper bill first, then return when the guest is ready. Overall, the food is very good and the people are friendly. With a few service and atmosphere improvements, Cumin 'n Eat could offer a much better full dining experience. Our family really loves the food so kudos to the great chefs!
