Because of that I am knocking my star down one because the service wasn't the best. I ordered a coke when my colleague ordered his limca, he got his and I then had to ask again for my coke. The food had great spice level and flavor. I really enjoyed my lamb biryani, the naan had a major kick to it. Not pictured is my samosa chaat and I also really enjoyed that.

We ordered the chicken tikka masala, samosa chat, lamb vindealoo and mango lassi. Everything was Deliocus, my favorite had to be the tikka masala. The lamb vindeloo is good but was pretty spicy, if you can't do spicy. I highly recommend getting the garlic nann, it comes with 4 huge pieces and it's packed with so much garlic on top. Workers were really nice and friendly, food came out quick. Definitely be coming back to try more food.

Cumin 'n Eat serves excellent Indian food. The food is consistently hot, fresh, high-quality, and…read morevery well seasoned. The flavors are clearly prepared with care. The people are also friendly, which makes the experience feel welcoming. That said, there are a few things that would make the dining experience much better. On our last visit, our group waited nearly 30 minutes for the food to arrive. During that time, the table was completely empty except for water and place settings. When food is going to take longer than usual, it would make a big difference to bring something small to the table, even pappadums or another light starter, just to keep guests happy and occupied. It would also help if someone came over to apologize, give an update, and let guests know how much longer the food may take. Also, the cold plastic plates should really be upgraded. They feel cheap and tacky, and hot food should not be served onto cold plastic plates. Real plates would immediately improve the presentation and overall dining experience. The main dining room could use more warmth and charm. Right now, it feels a bit sparse and not especially cozy. But the room you first enter is in much greater need of attention. Honestly, it feels rather depressing to eat in that area. It would not have to break the bank to make it warmer and more inviting. A little decor, better lighting, warmer colors, or even a few thoughtful touches would go a long way. Right now, it just feels like very little effort was made in that space and that it's just a path to the cash register. One final suggestion: when it is time to pay, please do not stand over guests while they review the bill and decide on a tip. It feels uncomfortable. Either leave the device on the table or bring a paper bill first, then return when the guest is ready. Overall, the food is very good and the people are friendly. With a few service and atmosphere improvements, Cumin 'n Eat could offer a much better full dining experience. Our family really loves the food so kudos to the great chefs!

He adjusted the spice level for me (a little extra heat). The naan was cooked on the spot and I was out the door in minutes. It took care of my Indian craving without driving too far. It was tasty Dal Tadka (lentils), Butter chicken and chili garlic naan. There was plenty of flavor in the dishes so next time I'll just have the garlic naan. Friendly gentleman who seemed to run the counter. The drivers probably see it as a treat if they like it. I went out to town for a few days and finished it off when I returned so it lasted.

This is now saved to my map and I'll always make a stop here whenever I travel in that direction or if I really want to eat dhaba style food. The ambiance can take a bit of work to give it that real authentic Indian dhaba feels but is still take it as a subpar dhaba feels. But overall, this place is really a must visit!
