It still works fine to this day. This is the exact scenario I was hoping for: I call a repair company, someone comes out quickly, and the problem is rectified. This alone warrants five stars. There is another side to the experience, however. I am usually leery about service repair companies and the technicians they send out. This experience was different. I did not feel uneasy or suspicious when Dan explained the problem to me and what was necessary to fix it. He is very knowledgeable; I did not get the slightest hint that he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. Please take from this review that Dan and All Brand Appliance Service is trustworthy!

I called Dales bc they have been in business quite a while in my area. I needed my microwave fixed…read more& my oven door fixed the hinge was broke. I called set up the appointment . The repair man comes looks at the microwave & fixes the hinge on the oven. He had to come back after parts came in for the microwave fine. I received the bill for that days service they charged me 2 service charges 1 for each appliance. I thought that was ridiculous the whole bill for the day was $245. Dales calls me back with a price on what it's going to cost to repair the microwave & a minor fix for oven door is glass. It was going to another $425. I think. I say ok. Then my daughter shows me my same microwave at Lowe's for $$230. So I went & purchased a new microwave & my brother installed same place. Total charges to fix everything would have been around $770. When it cost me $480. They were upset about it. My problem was the 2 service charges & why not tell me it's cheaper to buy a new microwave? I would have remained a loyal customer forever if he said that. The other thing I find weird is the reviews are all 5 stars! That's fishy to me like they don't want to show any other ratings or reviews.

I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.
