Besides, there is a local (dependable) service rep. We wanted to help our community by buying local--especially not from a box store. Appliances Plus Audio was one of the few places that carried this brand. I brought in a specification sheet with the model wanted. Although there were no floor models to inspect, warehouse manager Luis knew this product, thoughtfully citing its pluses and minuses. Then sold on Bosch, he quoted a fair price. The appliance was delivered on-time and professionally installed. We love our new Bosch, and are glad we went to Appliances Plus Audio to buy it. Well done!

We've always tried to support this local small business, which is why this experience was so disappointing. We were given an appointment window of 12:00-2:00 PM. My husband wanted to be present to discuss an issue with our washing machine, but he was at work only about 10 minutes away. When the office called to say Dan was on his way, my husband immediately said he'd leave work and be home in about 10 minutes. The problem was that Dan arrived at least 30 minutes before our appointment window even began. Instead of waiting the 10 minutes my husband needed to get home, he became upset, saying he didn't have time to wait and that this was why he gives appointment windows. We found that response confusing, since he was the one who arrived before the agreed-upon window. We understand that service schedules can change and appreciate when technicians are ahead of schedule. However, arriving early shouldn't create an obligation for customers to be available before the scheduled window begins. We also felt that, as repeat customers who had supported the business over the years, a little courtesy and flexibility would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. It's disappointing to lose a local company we've trusted for years, but professionalism and respect for customers' time matter just as much as respecting a technician's schedule.

The repair man comes looks at the microwave & fixes the hinge on the oven. He had to come back after parts came in for the microwave fine. I received the bill for that days service they charged me 2 service charges 1 for each appliance. I thought that was ridiculous the whole bill for the day was $245. Dales calls me back with a price on what it's going to cost to repair the microwave & a minor fix for oven door is glass. It was going to another $425. I think. I say ok. Then my daughter shows me my same microwave at Lowe's for $$230. So I went & purchased a new microwave & my brother installed same place. Total charges to fix everything would have been around $770. When it cost me $480. They were upset about it. My problem was the 2 service charges & why not tell me it's cheaper to buy a new microwave? I would have remained a loyal customer forever if he said that. The other thing I find weird is the reviews are all 5 stars! That's fishy to me like they don't want to show any other ratings or reviews.

The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.

I suggested they advise their potential customers of what they charge before they do the service and was told he would consider my advice. They just lost a good customer I'll do my business elsewhere. He could've taken something off the bill. Will not use this company ever! Be wary of this business.
