We brought Robert on as our lawyer to guide us through the entire sale and escrow process. Robert answered all of our questions, coordinated with the other attorney and the title company, and made sure we paid attention to important details, such as the fire readiness survey. The escrow closed this week, and we're extremely happy with the guidance and oversight he provided throughout the process.

Their plan for selling our home worked perfectly and resulted in a fantastic price. They both had great advice but didn't push any opinions on us. So patient with our young kids as well. The process was not fun, but I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. There are a lot of realtors out there. This experience taught me there his HUGE variation in quality. It wasn't until a few months ago that I found how he is a miracle worker as well! The process of buying a home seemed so confusing and out of reach for me. Keith simplified everything but paid attention to every detail at the same time. I felt like he really knew what I was looking for and didn't stop until we found it. When I found the perfect place, I was the second bid so sadly I thought my dream was over. Keith never lost hope though and checked in about the deal weekly until we finally got the news that the house would be mine! I can't say enough how much I recommend him and his company, Terra Firma Global Partners. Thank you so much for making my dream a reality :)

In collaboration with my buyers' agent, Paula Pagano of Hill & Co., SF, Shayne made sure the sale was truly a win/win for seller and buyer. We recently purchased a home in West Sonoma County while living full time quite a distance away…read more The process was beyond smooth - it was FUN - and that's all thanks to Autymn and Chelsea. They not only were able to quickly identify numerous properties that met our criteria, but also were willing to provide virtual/video tours when we could not travel to view the home in person. When it came time to make an offer, Autymn and Chelsea were there to advise us and help us determine terms that were to our advantage and felt good. They supported us during a packed physical inspection period, spending an entire day (plus several hours on two other days) onsite after booking inspectors for a variety of trades and areas. Most importantly, they arranged for inspections we didn't even realize we should have (like our water filtration system - kind of important in hindsight!). They represented us well throughout escrow, ensuring that negotiations were respectful while holding firm in our priorities. In short, they worked their butts off while making the entire experience a breeze for us. KB Properties is worth every penny they earn, and then some. We wholeheartedly recommend them, and intend to use them for any future real estate needs we have in the area.
