This is as of March 26th 2019. Immediately upon pulling in, a man came out the door to see if I…read moreneeded any help (noticing I'm disabled). Or could offer car hop service for me. I would have gladly obliged as I had been running around from appts since 9am. But I had a few other things I wanted to look at. So I think that is amazing they are willing to do that. Going into the store Avery was the gentleman that was at the door eager to help me, was there to go over a variety of devices and give me honest and helpful reviews of each and his own personal experience which better helped me select what I wanted. He didn't just try to push stuff off to sale me like some people might. He took his time and didn't get bothered by me taking too much of his time which you might get elsewhere as well. Hannah was the other worker behind the counter and was also helpful on what flavors to choose from on the juices. They were both bright, cheerful, and the most helpful and delightful employees. I just have to say this place is by far the best vape shop in the area that will go above and beyond for you. I live here and have been to a few different shops in the area which are often out of stock on replacement pieces for my device or sometimes just not as helpful. The shop itself is very spacious and very clean. It has a decent variety of products and juices. (And offers some really good ones I haven't seen elsewhere) The prices well are at level with all competitors on juices but my replacement pods were slightly cheaper than another local shop close by, so that was nice. It also has a pool table and cool bar type counter with seats and in combination of the employees positive attitudes gives an atmosphere that you could just hang out and have fun here. I definitely will go back to get my stuff from here in the future and recommend even if it is out of your way to travel the extra few miles for the better overall experience. I can't stress enough how impressed I was by the employees and sometimes the people alone are what will make or break your experience.

Being extremely new to vaping, and disappointed with a number of other local options, going to…read moresafari was a breath of fresh air. Shawn was very helpful, courteous, and professional without being overly pushy. After trying a number of juices, he offered to help me out with my new box mod that just came in the mail. It's not one of the more complicated devices, but I took him up on it anyway. I'm glad I did as he discovered my new tank had been shipped with a burnt out wick somehow. Having had nothing to do with the factory defect, and in spite of not having seen a tank in the particular configuration mine was in, he replaced the wick for free. Outstanding place & the penultimate in customer service locally.
