At about 945 I texted the number I had been communicating with to get an update since no one was here - I received a response that Sarah, the cleaner, needed to stop for some supplies and was running a bit behind but would be there soon.She arrived at about 1015 and only had a small bucket of a few cleaning supplies. I mentioned that I had a vacuum in a closet that she could utilize - she thanked me and we discussed that I needed my house deep cleaned as I as getting ready to list it for sale. She was here until about 2:45 when she ubrutly left and said "well that's all there is plus im out of supplies". She never attempted to collect payment or ask if I was okay with the status of the house. While she was here she took multiple phone calls while working to discuss her legal issues and how to get her car out of impound. She cleaned my floors by using a swiffer wetjet - that was in the closet with the vacuum. If im paying for a professional cleaning service, you should not be utilizing a swiffer to clean my floors. Every room in my house is still dirty and I am going to have to now spend hours cleaning. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there. While no money was wasted - I've wasted hours of my time. (And im still perplexed she left without ensuring I paid for the services of the company she works for).

I have photos & videos to prove all of the communication, and the before and after photos (these photos were taken after the "deep clean" we paid for was completed). They show the floors left with dirt & food, dust along the edges of the floors, interior of windows not washed well or at all, refrigerator cleaned poorly, oven not touched, doors not touched, baseboards not touched, etc. We were quoted for a "deep clean" & sent photos to be reviewed for the quote, most which looked worse than when they arrived to clean as we cleared out many things & had done some cleaning. We are selling the house & not living in it, so it wasn't hoarder level or absolutely filthy (except a dirty MI basement). Furniture is staged for the realtors photographer...rescheduled once to accommodate cleaning staff & again to get it properly cleaned after they left. Instead of a top to bottom deep clean that we hired them to do, we received a subpar light cleaning, with exception to the basement, which we paid additional for, & one bathtub...both which were done very well. We were sent a "Deep Clean Checklist (posted)." Silly of us to expect everything on that list, sent by them, would be done for the "deep clean" we were quoted for. We paid extra for additional services, however, the basic services listed on their "deep clean checklist" were either not completed at all or were poorly done. "You may have had different expectations, and I'm sorry that we weren't able to meet them." "At this point, I do not believe continuing to go back and forth over each individual item is going to resolve this for either of us. This was because of the review I gave her on the company's Facebook page (after refusing multiple times to refund us or come look at the job). Apparently she felt $75 would stop me from sharing my experience (see photo). Sorry, 75 isn't going to rectify the situation & stop me from warning others.
