She finally invoiced me $300 and added another $20 to box it for shipping which I covered. Then I received it with 2 push-buttons missing and the main control board flopping around unsecured. Used Q1E twice before with no problems, but of coarse, handling problem repairs is what separates good vendors from scammers, which is the impression I got. I would not recommend using Q1E. Look for any other repair shop - I have 2 others that I use that are excellent.

Time after time after time she promises a deadline. This time she says she will drive to Phoenix to have it done by Monday.....
