The shakes look bigger in pictures, but there's so much stuff in them that you're likely not gonna need more. Also, they sell booze, and will add booze to your shake. Very cute place. Decor is colorful and vibrant. They even have a picture wall with a hashtag. Excellent places for kid birthday parties or big kids if you're into that kinda thing. 8oz and 12oz are the two sizes. Don't forget to look at their "Shake off the Month" and not just the big menu board on the counter. Service was great and a constant revolving door of customers. BGS will substitute!! I had the Oreo Cookies and Cream and substituted the marshmallow cream for peanut butter. My co-workers told me about this place. This place is so cute inside. The shake was one of the best I've ever had. I'm not a big fan of shakes but I had an off the wall craving for one and this really satisfied. $12 for the Fancy ones and we'll worth it for all the different toppings. We had family in town and wanted some local places to take them to, so we are our way over there. We all had a great time and enjoyed our ice cream and shakes. I came in last night and waited over 35 minutes for a milkshake. I never got it and ended up getting a refund. The owner called me and asked me to come back today. I went in and ordered two milkshakes she gave me the shakes for free, plus a Giftcard. Most places don't care about their customers, but I can tell this place does. My husband and I came here and was told our wait for milkshakes would be 35-40 mins. We decided we would wait so we placed our order. Right after us the wait was then being told it went down to 25-30 mins. We sat at our table and watched as one milkshake at a time would come out of the kitchen. A huge birthday party came in about 30 mins after we did and they got their milkshakes right away. Needless to say once we reached our hour mark AND people who ordered after us started to get their shakes we asked for a refund. This business model needs some major changes. All I saw were high school aged workers bringing out one shake at a time. Was very unorganized. AND if you are going to allow huge parties to order ahead and affect people who are coming in and placing orders and make their wait time much longer you need to rethink that. We looked at the website and it said they closed at 9 tonight. No mention whatsoever of stopping service an hour before close. I walked in with my daughters, who were very excited after looking at the descriptions on the site. We got to the counter at 8:01 and were told that they do not take any orders after 8 when they close at 9. It was not a one-night thing, it is their policy (posted at the counter). BG Shakery? More like BS Shakery! No other business operates like that. If you're going to do that, put it on your website and turn off the "open" sign out front! read more

Very disappointed. Went in excited about this place based off the looks on their social media accounts. I walked in with some friends and right as you step foot inside it's immediately awkward. No music, no workers. There were people scattered all over but it's dead silence across the restaurant. Waited about 5 minutes until a worker came to the counter to take our order. Went and sat down for about 45 minutes until one of my friends shakes came out, but it was not like their social media showed. The cookie dough shake had 0 bits of cookie dough on it, i'm not even exaggerating. The cheesecake shake had a tiny piece of crust, and the lucky charms one has 4 marshmallows on it and wasn't even green. The shakes all came out in 3 minute increments and makes me wonder why they can't have multiple shakes being made at once. Every time a shake was brought we would say thank you to the waitress, but she just kept the stern look on her face and walked away. Awful customer service. Overall, very disappointed, won't be returning. read more
