DO NOT USE!!! Absolutely disgusting attitude!…read moreI paid for the deposit after seeing this company at the earls court wedding show and booked this shoddy company for our wedding over a year ago, 3 weeks before the wedding they sent an email to my us stating our wedding was too far away and would be pointless for them. Baring in mind the venue is in Watford - not a million miles away, just over and hour. They've completely let us down, we've had a meeting with our wedding venue organiser today and told them about the situation only to discover the past 4 weddings that used this company for their chair covers, tables etc had also been let down only weeks before their wedding! The company is a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves! PLEASE DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LET DOWN!!!

I've been so so impressed with this lovely company!!!! After an absolutely appalling service with…read morea large well known DIY company - which also I believe does Barb-Q' stuff, (who didn't even manage to deliver my door after I'd waited at home for three days!), I received no less than brilliant service from Fine Doors. They helped me choose the best products (such as the archetrave to go with the door etc), and then expedited delivery by several days because I'm going away. They then very very quietly did an automatic refund of an amount, directly into my account because I lived in a slightly closer delivery location than had come up on my order. Top quality, lovely people, impressive service. Thanks Fine Doors... very happy costomer of South Norwood.
