Policy over People!…read more I've been to this location several times and always taken advantage of their great Groupon deals. It's been 4 years since I've been there and walked in today with an appointment for a tattoo removal to be told I could not use my Groupon cause the fine print says 1 per customer! It's says nothing to the effect of 1 coupon for life. I was then told they have had problems with Groupon and haven't been able to get this resolved. Uhm, I'm the customer, that's a problem for them as a business to resolve. I was told to get a refund from Groupon. I was floored. What happened to, "Sir, thank you for being a repeat customer. I apologize but Groupon's can only be used for one trip per lifetime. However, I will honor it today, but going forward please know you can't use Groupon again for your visits!" That would have been the appropriate response. The lady also couldn't find my file and when she went looking through the files, it was all disorganized, not like a professional business. I won't be back after the way I was treated today. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

i have always felt Dr Kim has over prescribed medications to my mother including anti-depressants…read more I also feel at 90 years old my mother shouldn't have to visit the doctor every 3 months or more but I feel Dr Kim just schedules as many visits as possible so she can bill Medicare. Awful treatment and in my opinion, abusive treatment of elderly patients. The appointment and office staff are belligerent, at best.

My…read morefirst impression was that she went very fast and wasn't interested in hearing anything I had to say. I have several conditions and need a caring doctor. She is not caring. She isn't willing to discuss anything. She makes zero suggestions on any medical questions I had. In fact my questions seem to provoke her temper. It is a sad situation when a patient isn't comfortable asking their doctor important questions. I have serious concerns and serious symptoms. She simple does not want to engage and is very aloof and distant. She became vindictive when I fired her. She is a menacing doctor. Be aware of her, she seems unstable and angry. Scary that she takes care of elderly patients who need her heartfelt concern, she has none.

I was told that a receptionist would call to schedule after our telemed, but we never heard back. My child was low on refills and despite me calling often, we never heard anything back. I was frustrated because I wanted a second opinion about trying a ketogenic diet and II was worried my child would have to do without his medicine, so I called the pediatrician and told her what had been going on. She called his office on our behalf and we called that day. We were told we were lying about calling and that since we don't like the office practice that he doesn't want us to go back. What kind of doctor tells a BABY who was prescribed medicine by this man to never come back because of his inflated ego? I was so frustrated I said a bad word to them and I've never cussed at a doctor or their staff before. Newsflash, you're not God because you're the only neurologist in Tulsa and went to Stanford. He is an absolutely terrible man and I tell everyone I know that needs to see a neurologist for their children to stay far away.
