I let her know my natural curls are completely gone because of how long the bleach was left and that my roots are darker than my natural hair color because that was left on the maximum amount of time as well. While in her chair, I noticed that as she was styling my hair, they were some uneven parts, and I asked her to fix what she did. I was very patient very nice very understanding although my husband and baby were waiting for me. I knew that she was nervous. She kept saying sorry. Sorry for pulling my hair. Sorry for taking so long. Sorry for asking me to stay longer to fix my hair. When I went home wasn't until the next day that my husband and I noticed the damage during the daylight, we saw the uneven blonde, and black/brown hair left on my head, with tears in my eyes and a crying baby in my arms I asked Sasha if she could fix it or find a solution since I'm new to the area, have our first family event and photoshoot, have no job yet, and I used all my remaining funds on this appointment. She said sure but again left me on read and then ghosted me after I attempted to get ahold of her multiple times through text. All I asked for was a professional solution to this hiccup in her stylist career but instead I am left to figure it out on my own. At this point a refund would be great but I really would rather the community know about how a stylist at WildRoots will act when faced with a challenge. As a mom, my time has been wasted and as a woman I am beyond disappointed in my experience at WildRoots. Employees lack integrity and will not take responsibility for the lack of customer service given. Sasha asked me to find another stylist after leaving me on read for a few days. I'm saddened and hurt that someone who was so nice in the beginning turned so unprofessional and just took my money and left me on read. NOBODY DESERVES THIS TREATMENT! This is not a salon that treats you like CA salons do. The last hair appt I had was in Laguna Niguel California. I was treated with much more respect and kindness.11/20 hair appt, photos taken 11/30. The lady (with accent) DID cut my hair short like I wanted, but she cut it toooooo short. Shorter than I expected. My second time! It's my anniversary right. I go in to get my hair shampoo'd and styled. I'm asking for a nice blowout, so I won't look dusty at my anniversary dinner. This lady said she will give me some nice beach waves. I was like " beach waves? Yeah that sounds cute!" So the wash was done and it was time to blow dry my hair. TELL ME WHY SHE WAS USING HER FINGERS TO COMB MY HAIR WHILE SHE WAS DRYING IT! I'm tender headed, so that hurt so bad. Then she starts playing tug-a-war with my hair (curling it with a straightener) to the point that my head was tilting side ways ( I'm surprised I don't have a cricked neck ) I couldn't even keep my eyes open, I was in so much pain. When she was finally done, I look in the mirror expecting some cute "beach waves"... instead I look like a little brown Shirley Temple ! My hair looking like some Curly fries from Arby's. Absolutely disappointed. $40 for that! ‍ Rant over. Moral of this story, find somewhere else to get your hair cut unless you're willing to risk it.
