Not only does she provide a great cut, she listens to what you want and helps you figure out the best cut and style based on your hair. I love Joyce! While they accept walk-in, it's really easy to make an appointment online as well through their website. They make it easy to manage your reservation through text and you'll receive a confirmation reminder the day before as well! I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment last week and it very user friendly. The new salon, which opened at the beginning of 2021 is gorgeous! It's right off of Walton Blvd so it's super easy to stop by when running around town. It's very spacious and clean, which is always a plus. There is also a true barber shop inside too. Overall the staff is capable, the salon is clean and well maintained, and the end result is always positive. The location is on Bentonville Square, so parking can sometimes be a challenge, but if you plan ahead for time then no worries.
