To make matters worse, the service was downgraded, and she was told she didn't need much being so close to her wedding--an unnecessary and dismissive comment given the circumstances. I received a hot, waxy hand treatment, a foot soak, treatment and hot rock foot massage (heavenly!), THEN got to go into a peaceful, cleansing sauna. I coulda gone home fully satisfied at that point, but Crystal (massage therapist) was just getting started. I was served hot tea & yummy cookies, then ushered into a warm, calm, welcoming massage room. She worked on me from head to toe, front and back, LISTENED & applied more or less pressure to MY liking and proceeded to make me melt like butter. Amanda, Mae & Dawn are phenomenal at their jobs and that's the only reason we've been still using their services. Very sad it's gone down hill :(
