During my most recent visit to my home away from home of Fayetteville, I was in desperate - nay, DIRE! - search of a last minute pro-level beard trim. There was no way I was gonna go to some $8 chop shop and have this glorious and deliciously soft face pelt butchered at the hands of the inexperienced. It would be an affront to God himself. Instead, I made a quick call over to Salon Fix and the gals there somehow shoehorned me into their already PACKED schedule, judging from all the people in the place. You know, a lot of places are just filled with bored girls ticking away the time on their smart phones in between bigger clients, but Alicia made time and got me all trimmed up during her busy day. You just don't find that everywhere. I'm giving this place twonbig thumbs - and a very satisfied beard - up. Check it out. read more

I love Salon Fix and we love Jenny Craig. I feel very comfortable and welcome in this salon. Jenny did a blunt cut bob and platinum color on my daughter and let me tell you, it was perfection. She is so professional, has so much experience and is extremely meticulous. I was completely wowed. She listens and makes sure she is clear about exactly what you want and then works to achieve it. Such a friendly, kind and fun personality too! read more

I am not a regular, but they fit me in their schedule and my barber did a great job.I like that they actually had barbers in their salon.

I have found my new favorite salon and hairstylist! I booked a last minute appointment with Lauren, and not only was she extremely accommodating and fun to work with, she took me from a brassy grown out blonde, to the cool toned blonde of my dreams! Lauren is very talented at what she does, and I'll be going back to her for all of my cut and color needs. read more

Jenny took me last minute as a walk in and gave me the haircut of my dreams! I went from long hair that weighed itself down and I couldn't do much with to a 70's style cut like Stevie Nicks! Jenny was wonderful to talk to and gave me the best cut-layers, faceframing, and bangs that suit my face! :) will be going back! I spent more time there than I would usually prefer but if you have a the time it's worth it. read more

HORRIBLE DONT GO! I asked for a touch to my roots and she bleached my whole head. No toner or anything. In the lighting of the salon it looked decent but could've been better but once I got home it was completely bleached. She was even asking her other hair dresser for opinions on my hair and how to retouch my roots. Then she made me take a shampoo home and told me to use this so the bright blonde will come out! I used it and nothing happened. My hair is now back to normal thank god and but my hair was breaking off and my hair is soooo brittle it comes out every once and a while due to all the coloring I had to do after the bleach. WASTE OF MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

Went for hair cut totally botched the job not even close to what I ask for totally unsatisfied would not recommend this place worst haircut ever read more

Really nice place, seemed like a good atmosphere based on how everyone around me was interacting. I went in with pretty long curly hair that was very dead on the ends. I asked for my hair to be cut to my shoulders (indicating where I wanted it cut with my hands) because it would end up bouncing up a lot afterwards. I wasn't even asked if the length was good before any chopping started. She just went in straight away to chopping my hair. Usually you start longer and go from there especially with curly hair.. this did not happen and I'm not entirely satisfied with what I've got. There was absolutely no way I could go back from what she gave me. I wish she would have been more considerate and made sure that the length would be good for me. A more conservative approach to cutting would have been appreciated. Now I have very short hair (above my shoulders) that I did not want. I feel that I could have gone to great clips and spent far less money for the same results even better. I came here expecting to get great results and more attention than I would elsewhere the whole interaction took 10 minutes. I'm highly unsatisfied. read more

I Needed a last minute trim & thinning before leaving town this weekend. I booked an appointment with Chelsea - a specialist when it comes to curly hair. Chelsea did a fantastic job, as well as being a delight to converse with, not only did she give the best hair cut for someone with curly hair but took the time to educate me on the proper routine needed to keep my hair healthy and looking it's best! I would highly recommend Chelsea if you have curly hair! read more

It's been along time since I've had a great haircut from a barber that knows how to cut men's hair. Awesome service, loved the straight-razor neck shave and couldn't be happier with the haircut. Highly recommend asking for Dave there. read more

My First haircut since March before Covid shut downs at which time we lived in Los Angeles. Saw Maddie to give my hair some layers and bounce, plus conditioning treatment since it was dry. She was responsive, easy to work with and did an excellent job. My hair looks and feels light and bouncy. I'll definitely be back! read more

Casual and friendly salon. I did a walk in service for me with my kiddo in tow. They were happy to oblige. Kiddo was behaving so well we went ahead and got his hair cut too. It was a good experience and I will likely be back. read more

Alicia is the best!! She listens to your needs and advises you on the best way to do what you want. She doesn't perform services she doesn't believe you would be happy with in the long run. She takes the time to educate you on what she's going to do and how your hair would react. read more

this place sucks, if I could leave 0 stars I would. first off I asked for dark brown, received the darkest black I possibly could. secondly prices were never spoken about or made aware to me. I booked online and was told it would be 85 for all over color and cut, time to pay and i'm now paying 175. what??? ended up talking to them and the owner, amy, who did my hair said that 85 is for root touch up, which is wrong, then switched her story to saying 85 is the starting price for all over color, throughout my whole time in the chair she never said "this is going to cost more" or "you have a lot of hair so it'll be extra" complete and utter scam, 175 dollars for something I didn't want, ridiculous and yet I still tipped 20%!!!!! read more
