After I was done with my cardio the lady next to me reading her book with her fancy book holder leaned over to her husband and said, "Did you see that?" she was referring to me trying to change the TV to CNN, and says to her husband, what an idiot? Really? I never in 25 years had anyone say that to me in a gym. Very disrespectful considering I don't talk to anyone in a gym. I think they start at around $45 if I remember correctly. They are located in Nashville. Turn into the McDonalds, Tacobell, Bojangles shopping center near the 64 Business and 64 Bypass exit, turn right just after the Mcdonalds like you're going to Ribeyes or the Dollar Country. Follow that road all the way back until you see the building on the left with the FREE GYM banner. They are located right next to a flooring store. I'm not sure what their hours are so you may want to call first. The owner Sean is really cool and all the employees are super knowledgeable about the products. Check them out!! You can also just go there to buy smoothies. They give you a token to come back and visit the gym if you want. I don't know of another smoothie joint in town. I usually have to drive to Rocky Mount if I want a smoothie :( - not anymore!!!

Trainers are top notch and they will help you reach your fitness goals. No mater what your fitness journey is or has been, this gym will welcome you and train you at your level.
