As I have grown with my personal journey so has the Size Healthy Brand. With growth my entire family is now being trained by Size Healthy With the adding of Coach Levi and Size Healthy Performance my husband and children are receiving athletic training that is tailored to their individual needs. Coach Levi is not just present at the gym he supports children his athletes in their individual school events this is to include when they go off to college, because hey he has an athlete at LSU that just qualified for nationals in powerlifting. The continous education that SHF and SHP seek out to ensure that ALL DIVAS. ATHLETES, and MEN are getting the latest and the best programs so that can not only meet their goals but be able to maintain them is UNMATCHED! The latest being the very natural supplements that are being provided. as well as the body scan that gives you tangible numbers for body fat, inches, and muscle gains as been beyond helpful to mr and my family. SHF and SHP continue to be forces in the community by providing services for free to individuals fighting obesity and diabetes just to name a few. With being very strategic in hiring new staff and new instructors Coach Natasha and Coach Levi do not compromise when it comes to quality for their members and taking them to the next level. My family has been blessed by SHF/SHP even during the pandemic, where they respected social distancing and law mandates, by simply making house calls and working with us in our very backyard. If that isn't COMMITMENT then I dont know what else to call it. So if your ready to KNOW YOUR WHY and ready to ACT ON IT call up Size Healthy Fitness. Ladies at Size Healthy Fitness this is a place for US. Now if your male, an athlete, active duty then hit up Coach Levi at Size Healthy Performance. Same brand, same work ethic, different approach. In my 25 years in and out of different gyms this one is a bit different. The cost is $45/mo. which…read moreis IMO is a little pricey for this area. In Southern California it was the same and we had an Aqua Massager, Tanning, and more. I guess when you are the only shop in town you can call the price. Not no more, Crunch time! Swansboro Fitness is a bit dated on the machine side, but not important if everything works, and they do keep that in check. I ended my membership because of being called an idiot for no reason from some woke lady, and I couldn't get access as my key fob wasn't working. I failed to get anyone on the phone with the same number listed on their web site and online. They advised me I should of called all the numbers on the door. On Saturday 12/27 I wanted to watch ESPN instead of CNN fake news. The TV was in front of me but wouldn't change. After I was done with my cardio the lady next to me reading her book with her fancy book holder leaned over to her husband and said, "Did you see that?" she was referring to me trying to change the TV to CNN, and says to her husband, what an idiot? Really? I never in 25 years had anyone say that to me in a gym. Very disrespectful considering I don't talk to anyone in a gym. If you want the hassles of a woke individual name calling or being locked out of your gym, it's a good reason to end your membership if you have other choices and with Crunch, we do! Crunch in Jacksonville opens in January for $9.99/mo.! $30 cheaper than Swansboro Fitness. If you want unlimited access to all 400 locations, tanning, aqua massager, chair massager it only costs $35/mo. first month $1. That's $5 less than Swansboro Fitness for all that! We just moved here from SO-CAL 4/2024 and met a lot of nice people and really enjoy and love NC.

I usually buy a smoothie from my gym anyways; and that is on top of the monthly fee. You also get to work out for free all month when you buy one of their protein powder supplements. Turn into the McDonalds, Tacobell, Bojangles shopping center near the 64 Business and 64 Bypass exit, turn right just after the Mcdonalds like you're going to Ribeyes or the Dollar Country. Follow that road all the way back until you see the building on the left with the FREE GYM banner. They are located right next to a flooring store. I'm not sure what their hours are so you may want to call first. The owner Sean is really cool and all the employees are super knowledgeable about the products. Check them out!!
