I've been…read moreattending for two years, and chose this location over the others around town because it was close to my work. Goodlife is a great gym, albeit expensive. Since they took over Nubody's, they've added a whole load of new classes, including the wildly popular Zumba. Since this place is right in the heart of downtown St. John's, businessmen and women flock here between 4:30 - 5:30 p.m., and it gets BUSY. You also get the usual crowd of people who aren't really there to work out, but men who stand idly to the side flexing their muscles while gawking at women, or women who show up with more make-up caked on than is appropriate even for a strip club. Service is friendly, however, and I never have problems using their equipment. I've been to the other Goodlife gyms, and they're great, but this one has the most open space (other than the Women's Only section, which kinda sucks).
