We have waited until we had a new website launched before we wrote this review in fear the site we…read morehad done by NV Design would be altered. We, (just as the other victims that left reviews) paid in advance for services from NV Design. Because of transition with our business we waited a while before providing content information for her to create/launch our site. We were given many promised deadline dates that were not met. Nicole was extremely hard to reach via phone and email. It would take multiple attempts/days to reach her. She explained she was busy with new work and often reminded us that we had entered an agreement with her a long time ago and failed to get her what she needed immediately. It was as if we were providing her with a service; not the other way around.. (although she would not offer a refund due to her busy schedule and inability to produce our product or even respond to us) She did not hesitate to voice her frustration about our attempts to communicate with her; including hanging up on me at least twice on the phone. Her communication was extremely hostile. After sending a 10 day demand letter certified (requesting our site or a refund) our site was launched. It did not include the requested changes provided to Nicole via email prior to the launch. Our communication became non existent after the site was launched. The work was very low quality compared to the price. I feel if NV Design had spent 1/2 as much time on our website as she did trying to argue with us we would have had 1/2 decent site. Beware of wasting your time with NV Design. There are far too many options available at better prices. Melanie Yancey/Express Auto Hail Repair

I was honestly surprised to see a bad review on here. I, on the other hand, have nothing but praise…read morefor them. NV Design and Marketing has undoubtedly impressed me by their creative techniques. I walked in to meet with their team a little over a month ago, since then, I could not be happier with how they have helped me brand my company. My business is dependent on a strong online presence, and because of them, I feel confident we will succeed. I would personally recommend them to any company looking to have a bold presence in whatever industry they're in. I promise, you will not be let down! I'm irritated at the bad reviews. They have built hundreds of websites, if not thousands. Lots of marketing for companies all over. It seems that with many people, they only want to say something when its negative. I was not prompted by any means to write this review. My company is called Mineral Swap, Inc. You can look me up, call me for a personal review. I really feel the two ladies who posted negative remarks are hard to please by every sense of the word. BYE!

I'm great with visualizing what I want. The lovely folks at QP somehow manage, with their efficiency, knowledge, and I'm going to go out on a limb here: a little bit of mind-reading to get me exactly what I need. Not only do they do that voodoo they do so well, they do it in a timely manner -- in fact, I have never spent a moment waiting on them to finish an order. Most often, they're ready for me with hours to spare, and it's always exactly what I had in mind, along with an incredible price tag to match. The fact that they are locally owned? Superstar bonus. I cannot recommend them highly enough for all your printing needs.

Since this QP is less than ten minutes from my house and on the way to everywhere I go, it's the perfect fit for me. It's a little hard to get to if you're headed eastbound on Expressway but if you need a sandwich or a coffee or appliances while you're picking up your printing, you're in luck. They'll also deliver to a business so maybe you never even need to go in. I needed a handful of different types of printing (straight up copies, lamination, and large-format foam core) with a day or so turn around. They took great care of me, called to ask questions, and truly seemed to care that they got it right for me. Alina was friendly and on-point with her customer service game. The printing was perfectly done, on time, and reasonably priced. They've got a new customer as far as I'm concerned and I'm looking forward to never having to go to FedEx ever again, unless I'm just feeling like I need a good cry.

I've worked with the Robot House guys on a few projects in my day. I was on the team at the Spy…read morewhen Robot House did a full re-brand for the local, independent radio station. As a board member for the Homeless Alliance, I've also worked with them again recently on a project to help improve some of the Homeless Alliance's branding and marketing materials. These folks are wonderful to work with, and their process is fascinating. The name Robot House has a whole story and meaning, and the guys use it in the process of building a brand identity. You start by filling out a fun questionnaire that helps them understand what you do and why. They take those answers and come up with a "blueprint" where you get to go through with them and see their inspiration and influences they are using to put together the logo and other elements of a marketing plan. When they've cleared that plan with the client, they finalize the materials and present them to your group. They think of everything in this process, and it feels like you/the client are integral to the road map that led you to the final product. By the time you see the logo, you feel like you knew where it was going and you're ready for it. They really think about your other needs too and develop templates and pieces you can use to make it work for you across social media, print, web, etc. I have loved working with these guys (and, the amazing intern Sarah) and their process, and I'm all about working with them in the future.
