We, (just as the other victims that left reviews) paid in advance for services from NV Design. Because of transition with our business we waited a while before providing content information for her to create/launch our site. We were given many promised deadline dates that were not met. Nicole was extremely hard to reach via phone and email. It would take multiple attempts/days to reach her. She explained she was busy with new work and often reminded us that we had entered an agreement with her a long time ago and failed to get her what she needed immediately. It was as if we were providing her with a service; not the other way around.. (although she would not offer a refund due to her busy schedule and inability to produce our product or even respond to us) She did not hesitate to voice her frustration about our attempts to communicate with her; including hanging up on me at least twice on the phone. Her communication was extremely hostile. After sending a 10 day demand letter certified (requesting our site or a refund) our site was launched. It did not include the requested changes provided to Nicole via email prior to the launch. Our communication became non existent after the site was launched. The work was very low quality compared to the price. I feel if NV Design had spent 1/2 as much time on our website as she did trying to argue with us we would have had 1/2 decent site. I have people that are helping and contributing but I only reached out once and that was to have host a party for the launch of everything. They then cancelled my party per a "permit issue" and still haven't refunded me $400 over two weeks later, even though they said the return had been processed. They aren't giving me any status on the return and now I don't even have the time to reschedule the party somewhere else. Incredibly upset over this situation and it only strengthens my belief of doing everyone yourself in business.

Let's just say, they really know what they're doing! I didn't really have much of a vision for the look of my brand or packaging, but they took what little ideas I gave them and turned them into gold! liquidfish is easy to work with. They're very customer service oriented, which is important to me. When working with them, you know your satisfaction is paramount. liquidfish keeps current on trends and relevant design for your product/business. I feel like my packaging can compete with any of the big brands on the shelves. I also feel that my packaging outshines all of my competitors' packaging who sell on the same level as I do at the moment (I am not biased at all ;);)). Additionally, due to their work, I feel very proud of my "brand". You can see the work they did for me on their home page, it's Jackpot Treats for Lucky Dogs ;) I get people coming up to me all the time, who don't even own dogs (and some who do), to tell me how great my packaging looks or to ask me who did my package design. I'm proud to tell them it's liquidfish because I feel comfortable recommending them to anyone who needs competent design, branding, or web/mobile work.
