One of the women who worked on our pieces has 20 years of experience and it shows in the quality of the embroidery. Their prices are very fair and worth the drive to Westland to drop things off and pick them up; I'm sure you could also have items shipped directly to them to be embroidered. Every time I went in, they seemed to be very busy, but they always made time for me and even put a rush on an order for me when I left out a few pieces. Thanks to them, I still hit my deadline! Why a review now? Because they stand by their products and services even though many years have passed. First of all Briggs & Riley has been our "go to" luggage for years. Their lifetime warranty is unique to the industry with no cost for repairs. This was tested this past month when we noticed my wife's Baseline carry on and large spinner finally had wear and tear on the wheels. Her luggage was purchased from London Luggage in 2013. Information was needed on the model numbers since the wheel sizes were different than current models. I spoke with Lee who I've worked with for years. They still had our purchases on record! She then helped me make contact with some key people at B&R because I was having "challenges" at the B&G store in LA. That is why we will still buy from London Luggage. Long story short, I received a call from one of head people at B&R who personally made sure the wheels I needed were available, FedEx'ed them to their authorized service store in LA, and spoke with the owner. Our luggage had been in their store for over 4 weeks due to difficulty in getting the wheels. The wheels arrived the next day and our repair was finished 1-2 days after they were received just in time for our next trip. So two Kudos: one to the excellent customer service at Briggs & Riley. The second is to Lee at London Luggage who helped "get the wheels" in motion for our necessary and expedient repairs. I can't say enough about London Luggage: their great selection of B&R, the very fair pricing the fast delivery out to California, their comprehensive business records of transactions, and most of all for their incredible personal attention to their customers' needs. We are in our Senior years now, and traveling less, but having Briggs & Riley luggage has been one of our best investments. Having London Luggage gives us an appreciation for what Excellent service means in this day and age.
