I was so disappointed. I love pho and even more mango boba but this place was just not it. I was in the neighborhood for a work training and didn't have a lot of time to go anywhere else so I decided to grab a bite here. I ordered the tofu pho. Bland. And the portion for the prize (almost $20 bucks) was not okay. I also asked for beef broth, they accidentally gave me veggie instead. No broccoli or jalapeños either for my pho? What? And I mentioned no bean sprouts but they gave me some anyways. Poor lady at the front looked frazzled and overwhelmed. Couldn't tell if she was new or just was super inexperienced because she kept forgetting small things here and there at other tables like water, fork, checks, etc. Also there isn't a ton of seating which was surprising because they definitely have the space to add more. I ordered the Pho Combination here and was surprised that the waitress asked me if I wanted mild, medium, or hot. Me, not knowing what to expect ordered medium. I can handle a decent amount of heat but have never had pho where you select a heat level so was taken aback. Lo and behold, when my bowl of noodles came out, it was dressed in chili flakes and the broth had an orange reddish tinge. Not only that, there was a tons of rib meat, thick slices of beef, and even celery. Undeterred, I slurped down the whole bowl and it was definitely tasty and super spicy. It was a stark contrast from traditional notes of fish sauce, staranise, and cinnamon, that I am used to. I finally got up to pay for my order and asked why the pho was so different and spicy. It was at this point that I was informed I had just eaten Thai pho. The meal was unexpected and surprisingly pleasant. Service here is great (18% tip for dine-in), and there is plenty of seating. I was SO excited that a boba shop opened up down the street from my dance studio. I heard mixed reviews (mostly that the noodle soup was good but the boba wasn't) so I went to check it out myself. I ordered a strawberry tea with lychee jelly, as well as taro milk tea with boba for my friend - a simple order that took at least 10 minutes for the barista to understand. Frustrating customer service experience. Even though my friend and I were the only ones in the shop, it took quite some time for our drinks to be prepared. They tasted too sweet and syrupy. Would not order again. I could have made better at home. The mango sticky rice we got was alright though. Super disappointed in this place and really hope they improve. read more

Stopped in for a bite between sessions at a conference. Was so impressed with the coconut based Tom Kah noodle soup! The flavoring was spot on and it was a generous portion. Would 100% return to try other options in the future! Owner was also really nice and service was quick even though they were busy. read more

I ordered a Chicken Pho to go and it was delightful. But I really wanted to speak on the service. Roman and Jenny were so sweet and excited when we came in. Took the time to talk us through the menu and we're just cheerful and it created a wonderful feeling in the place. It's nice to have a cute Pho place in RiNo :) read more
