So much can be improved! They advertise their delivery service but delivery is hardly available. When you are a medical patient and depend on the delivery service it's difficult to manage your pain and medical needs. Another thing is if there is a sale but no delivery service they will not honor the discount the following day. You can see similar comments online . I bought three vape pens. One I had to return. Two I threw out because I would rather throw them out than smoke them. Yes they were that bad . Headaches. I wish I could say this was a good dispensary. However, there are many red flags. It takes much longer to get registered than any of the other dispensaries I've been to in the area. - I purchased a total of about 8 carts. Of which only 3 pulled. So I have $500 in carts that are useless. I've tried to contact the store with no reply. - Batteries from the store last about 1 use, if that... then they break - everything has to be ordered online so there is no consultation available, which is a HUGE red flag.... we are here for MEDICAL ASSISTANCE people!!! -- when you go to pick up the items the employees are RUDE and unhelpful. Go to DC. You'll find much better assistance, guidance and something that will actually work for the reasons you're going. read more

I have been waiting to try out Beyond Hello but didn't want to drive all the way to Manassas to use my med card. (Psst...have you seen gas prices?!) So, what a great surprise it was to hear one was coming to Alexandria and it *did not* disappoint. I can't speak for the other locations but this isn't your standard medical cannabis clinic - there will be no sketch loiters, questionable ingredients, or unknown concoctions. That means roll up for and chill for a minute to enjoy this all medical grade cannabis dispensary that has been tested for your safety. Ahem, I'm looking at you DC -_- Bring cash, your state medical cannabis info, and a sense of wonder to truly enjoy the sleek, modern, unblemished site that is Beyond Hello - Alexandria. The staff was very convivial and accommodating - as were the security that helps as a first line introduction to the shop. Honestly bad selection , it doesn't look they have ever been to a California nor Colorado dispensary, so clean and sterile it feels like I'm going to get a physical and domes going to put a finger up my butt... Lighten up , the only reason they exist is cause there is no competition. Do you self a favor and drive 20 minutes into Maryland and go to Tacoma wellness center. Recently tried this business as it is conveniently located. Before I left home, it took a while to get through the consultation, paperwork and optional VA registration which I opted to do, as I decided to switch from recreational to medical use (which for me is appropriate) and permits access to dispensaries in VA. I was advised for the first visit no online orders are accepted, so I printed out my selections and took the printout with me. I was in the shop approximately 30 minutes, most of which was their in-house registration and verification of my documents. I did not perceive a huge delay or problem, found the business very clean, the staff friendly and the products good. I saw some reviews complaining about a lack of selection, but having used two other dispensaries in DC, I did not see much difference in the breadth of options compared to anywhere else in this area. I plan on using this business going forward and do not anticipate problems based on my initial visit. If one wants to buy medical marijuana as a patient, some time is required. If one wants to just get some recreational pot, I'd suggest going to DC. read more

They sure don't make it easy to be a patient. First time I visited BH I was left to wait for about a half hour in a large, empty room before I could buy the stuff I had already pre-ordered. So I figured I would just use delivery from there. First time worked great. Delivery person checked my ID and conducted transaction with a wireless card reader. Everyone happy. Since then I've had two complete no shows - like I waited all day and no one ever called or texted to tell me. The site simply read "returned to store" when I checked at the end of the day. Another time they required a doctors referral without warning on the site or via email or text. Took a while but I got it. But yesterday was new level. The delivery person arrived to announce that all transactions are now cash-only because of problems with the card readers. No warning again on the site, emails or texts from my order. Flabbergasted.... It's 4/20. I put an order in this morning. I showed up at my pickup time only to be told they cannot fill any orders... on 4/20. "Our system is down".... But they have a DJ in the lobby. They don't have any signs of any notice on their website. THEY ARE STILL HAVING EVERYONE DRIVE IN JUST TO TELL THEM TO GO HOME EMPTY HANDED...and did I mention it's 4/20. This has got to be the worst run "business" I have ever encountered.
