Retrofitted the windows to fit in my existing frames to avoid having to work on the wall. Added the grids to match the style of the old windows since I have a condo and HOA would probably have an issue if not everyone's windows matched since it's a shared building.

They were new to Yelp but showed me images of their other projects and when we talked about details on how to ensure the area we would be patching in the side of a building would stay water proof, they were sure of their answers and matched exactly what I was told by a stucco expert. Throughout the quote and arrival he was incredibly communicative over text. He gave me the quote with pictures and descriptions and didn't require some sort of sales pitch on the phone or "need to see it in person". I appreciated that he respected my time and didn't have any BS. Upon meeting him, I was very impressed. The work was done far beyond the level of quality I was expecting. From prep to execution to clean up and finally finishing (he had to return days later for it to properly dry before painting) he did it the right way without short cuts.
