Warning! I scheduled a deep cleaning and specifically requested an in-person quote. Mikayla…read moredeclined, saying they base quotes on property details pulled from a website. She provided a quote based on that info (square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms), and I approved it quickly since we had just spoken. My fault for not catching the limited scope. I had agreed to pay by the hour, so I'm not sure why they were so inflexible about cleaning the entire space. When the cleaners arrived, they told me they were only cleaning the main level and not the upstairs. I called to resolve the issue and requested they clean the full area, but instead I was told I wasn't a "good fit," and the cleaners were pulled from the job. I was also falsely accused of yelling, though I was speaking in a normal tone. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience -- I do not recommend this service.

The lady that answered the phone was very nice and would always ask the owner and followup with me. The owner came out for the consult and smelled different areas of the carpet to make sure he knew where to treat. He also gave details on how he would treat. The price was very reasonable. I also want to add that he was on time to the appointment. For the actual cleaning he arrived at my home on time for the appointment, with his employee. They were both very friendly and did a thorough job. I never felt like they were rushing to leave. They both went over what was being done for each step. The carpet smelled so good and still smells good almost a week later. I will always call them for service.

I have been using Chandler House Cleaning for a little over a year and I couldnt be any happier…read morewith them. The first time they were at the house I was amazed at how "perfect" everything was... the smell.. the shine....all glass surfaces were like brand new. The bathrooms always look like display home rooms.... everything is placed perfectly, ALL towels folded and hanging neatly.. My husband has a very "busy" office so I tell them not to even bother with it..... they will still do as much as they can and always vacuum & dust in there. I have this horrible glass shelving unit thats holds all the TV electronics and several knick knacks. Lisa will sit in front of it, remove everything, clean, dust and wipe down all of it then put it all back... She never gets tired of doing it and its always sparkly clean when they're all done. I also have 2 cats that they love to see... they talk to them, play with them and pet them as they clean.... because the cats wont leave them alone when theyre here.. ha ha Theyre very particular with their vacuuming also... the last room theyre in just as theyre leaving is the last to be vacuumed so when they do leave, theres not one single print in the carpet... unless a cat walks on it! ha ha I'm very happy with them and their service.
