This recommendation turned out to be very good as the engine block had split due to a design issue and only a dealer could work with me and FCA corporate to figure out a goodwill settlement on the cost of a new engine. The service was also incredibly patient and helpful as my wife was 7 months pregnant at the time and was in the car with my mother-in-law, my daughter and had just picked up her mother-in-law's terminally diagnosed dog. Can feel like the weight of the world just fell on you and then you're forced to find a nearby solution but gotta say: Richard and Big Tows not only offers that affordable solution but more importantly; a savior!
