THEY RAPE YOU ON PRICES!!!! Seriously quit getting booze from BevMo. For example, Wild Turkey 101 here is $26 and at Trader Joe's it is $17. Infreakingsanity. Done shopping here. read more

How can any store that sells ONLY alcohol and alcohol related goodies get anything lower than 5 stars? Impossible, I say! I love me my wine, and especially when it's on sale for 5 cents. Sigh. If only everybody took such a policy, the world would be a better place. Anyhow, I'm enjoying some of their 5 cent wine right now...maybe that's why I'm so liberal on the review. Yeah yeah, I'm a review whore...gimme some booze and I'll give you a good review...(look at all the previous pharmaceutical sponsored dinners...) read more

Today, I went to BevMo because the 5-cent wine sale has started. (Buy one bottle of wine and get the second for 5-cents.) I ended up staying for the wine tasting, my first at this location. Jose was awesome, he was very friendly and taught us about the wine. The wine tasting was a party with a great host and great wine. Can't wait until the next tasting. And for those beer drinkers, I think they do beer tastings also. read more

If you like booze as much as I do, Beverages & More (BevMo!) is heaven on Earth. They are my 'go to' place for anything alcohol related. They also offer an abundance of chips, cheese, pretzels, candy, etc. to go with said alcohol. I'd like to spend the night in BevMo. I'm positive it would make my life complete. I am a proud card-carrying BevMo Member! (Mostly because I get a discount.) read more

Alright, this review is a little off the beaten path, and is more of a warning when shopping at this location and using your debit card or cc. Be careful when inserting your debit card at this location. I shopped there on October 1st of this year, and the next day, my debit card number was stolen and attempted at a bunch of places. It was declined, since the person only had the number, and not the chip (whew!). I hardly use my debit card, so it was easy to figure out it was compromised at BevMo. Had no clue it was this location at first until...I went in to use my card again on Saturday December 1st (yesterday) and guess what? More alerts for fraudulent charges today (Sunday Dec. 2nd). Dude, I dunno if this is an inside job and your employees need a swift chin-check, or a savvy crook that's linking into your machines when you guys aren't looking, but GET IT FIXED ASAP! I had to do some digging and check my ledger history to see where I used the card before each hack happened, and sure enough, I swiped it at this location both times my card info was hijacked. From now on, cash only at this place. Welcome to Hollyweird! read more

kewl staff, never any hassles or weird looks because my ID says I'm 23 but I only look 20. great prices, always equal to or better than Costco, especially because BevMo has such a huge variety of beer, wines, liquors & assorted bar accessories and appetizers (cheese, chocolate, etc...) the entrance sucks, so best thing to do is find a parking spot somewhere on Detroit St. (next to Carls Jr just West of SM Blvd.) and then just cross SM Blvd. read more

They have very cheap liquor and its in a good location in West Hollywood with parking. The parking is free for one hr!

We rented a pony keg from BevMo for a party last weekend. Overall, it was a positive experience; they had a good selection, the keg was ready when we came to pick it up, parking in the underground lot was easy, and returning it was easy as could be. My one disappointment stemmed from when I called in advance to ask about pricing. The man on the phone repeatedly said that there were no additional charges beyond the rental and deposit, but this was simply not the case. Thankfully, those additional charges were minor, but it was still a bit of a letdown. read more

Donnie the sommelier was awesome very helpful and knowledgeable will be back after we finish 4 of these wines!!

I'm dropping a star here for customer service!!! It seems like customer service has gone down hill here. Still a great selection of alcohol and wine, but horrible service. I went there on Saturday to look for Ilegal Mescal for my best friend's birthday. They were out and the guy who worked there didn't even check if they had any in the back or were getting more. Also he sent me to a place that didn't even carry it. Way to go BevMo!! More and more it's a pain in the ass to come here. If their selection wasn't so great I'd quit coming all together. read more

I love BevMo but my last experience was exceptional because of Don who helped me. He came up to offer help and then went out of his way to find several different wines for me. He was so informative and knowledgeable that I felt like I got a wine class in addition to finding the wines that were right for what I needed. Great customer service! Don is a gem. read more

We used Bevmo for drinks for our wedding - they were very easy to work with and delivered on time. Kayla was especially helpful and went out of her way to help us select our wines. If you need to cater an event I recommend Bevmo! read more

I have nothing to complain about. I walked in and I swore I died and woke up in alcohol heaven. Craft beers in the back corner. Go there and go crazy. read more

What can I say? It's Bevmo! I can't say that they don't give you choices. Too many, I think. But decent prices. I wouldn't buy the food here, I'd just as soon go someplace else for cheese/etc. Perfect for that last minute BBQ where you need beer and ice. I believe they have kegs too and the 5 cent wine sale has some good deals! Parking still sucks! read more

while in weho for the week we came here a few times for delicious wine. very good prices if you sign up for the card! wine is so much cheaper than Ny in Ca. good selection. read more

I've always had a good experience when I go into any BevMo! But since my bus stop cominghome from workwas right in front I went to this location frequently. Their selection of products are outstanding and their prices are very competitive, Sale prices can't be beat, especially during promotions like the 5 cent wine sale. I appreciate alcohol in all forms so there's always something I like there, and its the perfect place to re-stock a bar or to get ready for a party. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop! read more

That shop where you can find almost any alcohol at an affordable price. They also have discount cards. Always buy here.

This is officially my home away from home...in fact, if you look closely upon visiting, you may notice my futon, blankie, mini-TV, and stack of celebrity gossip mags off in the corner near the Scotch! I mean seriously...what MORE could you want in a store? A mini-Target sized alchol-laden room!!! WOO WOO! Everyone stick their hands in the air and give me a woo-woo! You don't need to carry your laminated Bevmo-ala-Ralphs-like-clubcard with you to get the discounts...just let them know your digits upon checkout and the'll be happy to deduct a few coins from your purchase. It's a one-stop shopping place...not only great in terms of replenishing your liquor cabinet but also a great place at which to buy a gift for someone. I suggest for a man: two cool Reidel lowball glasses and a bottle of Jack Daniel's Single Malt...and for the lady, perhaps a nice wine decanter and a bottle that she can air out IN it! They carry a wide variety of cheeses, snackies, beer, liquor, mixers, wines of all types, champagne, sake...you name it...KEGS! Also...FYI...Friday early eve and Sat late afternoon (don't quote me on times here...call and check) they offer (again, not sure which one on which day) beer and wine tastings for under $10...more like $5/person. I did it buy myself one afternoon...and STEPHY...THAT officially makes ME the alcoholic my dear. XX read more

This place is a "must stop" every time we go to CA. No matter where in CA we go. We can always get wonderful craft beer we'll never see in Las Vegas. I call it contraband when we bring home near $200 worth of all individual bottles and a few 6-packs of rarities. This location was awesome, as it has an underground parking lot that elevates you right into the store. It is also surrounded by a huge target, a sushi restaurant, a movie theater, Ulta, etc. read more

A nicely laid out store and very helpful and polite employees! There is a large variety of alcohol so I'm sure you will be able to find something for everybody! read more

Came here on NYE to get a bottle of Ciroc and some pineapple juice for a party we were going to. Long lines, but granted, it was around 5pm on NYE and everyone needed to pick up alcohol. This was my first time ever being in a BevMo and ohmygoodness, this is just the most fantastic store! Um hello the wine selection alone is enough to keep me occupied for a while! The employees are all pretty friendly, though somewhat slow at ringing people up. But I didn't mind this all that much seeing as how it gave me time to look at the display of mini alcohol bottles - my date and I were very fascinated by the selection of the mini bottles (or as he and I like to call it: purse size! haha). Prices are about average with most other places, but for the convenience and selection (lots of different types of wines, beers, and other assorted alcohols plus other fun alcohol related gadgets, like decanters, etc...) I would definitely opt to come here rather than a grocery store, if given the opportunity. read more

All I can say is WOW! What an amazing selection of Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic beverages all at VERY REA$ONABLE prices! Thank Mike & Art for your friendly service! read more

I love bevmo! I love the prices, the variety, and all of the great gluten free beers and ciders. The staff is awesome!! They are super helpful, friendly and go above and beyond. read more

Everything you could ever want in booze at great prices! Good location although the parking garage sucks.

I must say that I am a huge fan of BevMo since it opened!!! I have been to many across California and find that they are all pretty much the same, except this one!!! I saw so many beers and vodkas that I've never seen before!!! They also have the biggest selection of old fashioned sodas that you cant find anywhere else!!! The only bad thing I can say about this BevMo is that it was a freaking mess!!! There were boxes opened and unopened scattered everywhere. It's pretty funny because as I was walking around with a basket full of booze, I turned to my girlfriend and said "Ah... isn't it great that there is a store that contributes to our habit of killing our livers!!!" Keep up the good work BevMo!!! read more

This place carries Rompope! Can't say that for K&L! It's best if you're looking for a selection of more than wine (some people like liquor, what can I say?) AND it's cheap, more so if you become a member. No membership fees-- it's like becoming a member of Ralph's, only they don't give you those useless bonus points.. read more

Good service and huge selection.

One of the best places for gift giving ideas. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Arrived at this location at 9:48 and to my surprise the gate was closed, it says on the door they close at 10pm after attempting to open the gate I noticed the two people inside staring at me from the window. I called and asked them to please open the gate and they lied and told me they had a power outage and couldn't help me. Walked across the street to John and Petes fine wine and spirits and they helped me and confirmed that there were no power outages in the area. read more

No one in this store had any knowledge of sake. The female employee was very rude. I asked a staff member about sake expiry date, he said he didn't know and to Google it, I googled it, and practically the whole shelf is expired. Manager needs to teach the employees about the products they're selling, and to not tell customers to "Google it". read more

Typical bevmo with all your alcohol needs. They have a great selection of wines and of course just like every other bevmo they have every type of hard liquor at the best prices of you are a bevmo member. The layout is a little co located as they have some wines here and there with some crackers elsewhere while the cheese is here. It may just be me but putting products that go with each other next to each other usually results in a much better experience. Nonetheless this is the only place I buy my booze besides Costco. I refuse to ever pay full retail price for something that may make me do something regretful. Bevmo you are great but at the same time dangerous for a citizen in la read more

Shiner Bock! Thanks to the 'Mo for supplying. Great selection of libations. Not the easiest place on the wallet, but you're not going to find this many regional microbrews and international beers in other liquor stores in town. read more

EVERYONE but LISA IS HELPFUL. LINES ARE LONG. I asked for help with a locked bottle and LISA was VERY RUDE!!

BevMo in CA has always been my goto for alcoholic beverage. But now there is a new twist. Just like CVS tried around 2010,BevMo now requires a scan of your drivers license, recording all of your personal information and of course logging your purchase details. So the state can now track you drinking habits even more readily. Another attack on personal freedom! Boycott BevMo! Or at least refuse to hand over your license. read more

The first i ever heard of this place was of my mom. Now that im 21 living in Los Angeles i thought id owe this store a visit. Good stuff everywhere. Price is not bad at all. No complaints. Only that its not rite next door. Now this is the only one ive been to. I do plan on visiting some others. I recommend this place before a hot date. Dont take your date there. I dont want him knowing im an alchy. lol. jk. (i think)lmao. If you didnt notice ya ive been sipping on my wine. MMmmm!! read more

ATTENTION BEVMO CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS - YOU REALLY NEED TO TRAIN YOUR MANAGER AT THIS STORE on 7100 Santa Monica Blvd West Hollywood, CA 90046. The older tall black male employee who appears to be the manager or supervisor in charge at this store really is lacking customer service skills, knowledge about sales and how to handle a simple transaction. This was pretty unbelievable how long it took at the register just to check out. Your black male manager didn't even know what he was doing and did not even know how to complete a transaction. If this guy is the manager or supervisor in charge then why is he so clueless as how to do a sales transaction? This was ridiculous the amount of time it took him. This employee obviously is not properly trained nor does he seem to know anything or be experienced in retail sales. How can someone being this old not have any experience in sales If you are putting him in charge as a manager or supervisor of a store??? This person should not be a manager or supervisor with the lack of simple sales knowledge and customer serive. I also thought your prices are supposed to be discounted. I went to a high priced retail competitor selling wines and spirits and their prices were cheaper than what you were charging at this store. That was unbelievable!!! THIS STORES PRICES ARE NOT DISCOUNTED OR CHEAPER THAN WERE YOU CAN GET ELSEWHERE. So basically anyone who is shopping here is PAYING HIGHER PRICES & GETTING SERVICE FROM EMPLOYEES WHO ARE NOT EXPERIENCED & NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT RETAIL SALES. THAT IS UNHEARD OF! This was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! read more

I love this place! OMG they even had a guy who knew root beers! So not my thing but my son loves them! I will be switching this store to my store for our wedding! The employees are very nice, but the company is a failure. Their prices are no better than Ralph's, so it's not worth a special trip to go to Bevmo. And the promotional discounts are ludicrous. After spending hundreds of dollars, they give you a whopping ten percent off on your next purchase. Parking for this location is very difficult. read more

By a country mile this is the worst BevMo I'v been to. When I went in yesterday to buy a bottle of champagne for a celebration there was only one cashier at the desk. He was rude, inefficient and incredibly slow. When we eventually made it to the front of the line the champagne (which was in a locked fridge) they couldn't find the key, so I ended up having to buy a warm bottle, not chilled (this by the way after they had made me go to the back of the line again). They literally couldn't have cared less about their customers. For a pretty good company (usually) I was astonished by how incredibly badly this BevMo is managed. I would go to literally any other wine shop than this one. Disgrace! read more

The cashier was really good at pointing across the store where the beverages were and also good at eating while at the cash register. I asked her a question and she answered as she was eating her lunchable. Just rude. Also, two employees were near the front and not one welcomed me. I've worked in these type of jobs before and there's a way to do it. They didn't have it down. That was my first experience there and there's not going to be a 2nd. read more
