The Bevmo itself is great! Lots of selection and usually friendly staff. But today I went in and was never treated so rudely. I thought there was suppose to be a line for each cashier but I was wrong and the cashier (I believe her name was Rose) very aggressively says "go to the other line!" I say sorry and go to the other line and as soon as I get in line Rose calls for the next customer in line, which was me and as I start walking towards her she says "Not you." The cashier in front of her than let's her know that it is in fact my turn and Rose rolls her eyes. Than the same cashier asks Rose to apologize to me. Than Rose said sorry with an attitude. I've never had such terrible customer service. read more

I noticed that some of their party trays had already expired (a week ago). I also noticed that some of the corn chips had an expiration date of November 9, 2016. I brought it up to the attention of the manager and instead of her removing the expired items she left them there. Her reply was that she had just been talking to the associates about going through the food and removing expired items. Great to talk about it but what about doing something about it. November 2016 expiration date?? Come on. Not shopping here again! read more

Such a great selection, you can find anything here from wines to beers I love trying new beers it's almost like a hobby, the staff here is very helpful if you need any help in finding a certain item or If you just need something new to try they will help you out. If your going to sell cigars at a premium price, invest in a humidor. I just bought $60.00 of cigars at the upland store and threw them all away. They are all dry amd fall apart. If you sell an item have a good product. read more

Wow. I'm a regular shopper at BevMo. This location had minuscule staffing, and the poorest selection of non-alcoholic drinks I've ever seen in any BevMo/liquor/grocery store... I mean they only had liters of soda, and a selection of like three different sodas (no root beer/dr pepper, etc), it was just pathetic. I would go 5 miles out of my way next time to find an appropriately stocked BevMo. read more

I was just here with my brother , boyfriend , and friend. My boyfriend is not from here and still hasn't gotten his CA I.d. He is 22 I'm 21 my bro and friend are 27. A cashier told my boyfrind he had to wait outside because he doesn't have his I.d. He refused because the sign on the door says "must be accompanied by adult if under 21" He is not under 21 but he is accompanied by 3 adults so he didn't go outside. We continued to shop and the whole time the managers and associates were stalking us and harassing us. They kept asking if we needed help and we kept saying no thank you. Everywhere we went they followed and we are all adults all over 21. In that whole 20 minutes they never told us we had to leave. We approached the counter to make our purchase and they carded all of us. My boyfriend doesn't have I.d. so they denied us our purchase. It makes no sense because parents were in there with their kids. The kids are accompanied by an adult and the parents are the ones paying. Why were us adults denied a purchase when all of us are adults and the ones paying for the alcohol are 21 and 27? But parents with their kids can make purchases and their kids aren't told to wait outside? Very stupid on their part. I was just at bev mo ontario to make the purchase I told the cashier there what happened at bev mo in upland and she laughed and said that was inappropriate. I'm never coming to this bev mo ever again the people are idiots and don't know how to execute the rules properly. Also wasted a lt of gas driving from fontana to upland to ontario then back home to fontana. BEWARE OF THIS BEV MO AND THEIR STUPID MANAGEMENT!! read more
