I placed an online order. According to the online ad there's CURBSIDE service. I'm parked I check in. Waited 10 minutes no one insight. I called spoke to Troy. According to Troy CURBSIDE pickup means walk in and pick it up.. My husbands goes in to get the merchandise he's told they need his ID. He doesn't have his I'd, he didn't think they'd ask he looks and is 60 I call them AGAIN ask them if they can bring it OUT. to the car. I have to wait until all customers are helped. I waited until I had to call them. A 3rd time. I'm in a lot of pain reason I usually do curbside. Is this curbside service? BevMo employee has the lousiest curbside service. And are rude Don't expect merchandise to be brought to your car if that's what you requested. If so you'll wait 30 minutes or until all customers are helped. .

I came in to pick up a bottle of The Prisoner and The Fugitive by Orin Swift. I was hesitant to come here of the reviews but I decided to check it out for myself. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the clerk and I asked him to help me locate the two bottles. He was nice enough to locate The Prisoner but they did not carry The Fugitive. What a bummer! If I only went to my go to, I would have been fine but I was able to find one for dinner so I can't complain. This location seemed way smaller then other Bevmo location so selection is limited. The price here is also over priced but if you are a BevMo member, the "Specials" price is still same or higher then the average price elsewhere. I just want to thank the clerk, Jose for the help!

I bought a box of popsicles today. I opened the package and found that one was missing. I went to the store and told about this. They give me another box of popsicles for free. Very good customer service.

You don't want to live near the first row during a fan frenzy. It's a high risk // high reward world to existent in, but when the dust settles and you're seeking sanctuary the Coachella Craft Beer Barn is a literal oasis in a desert. The festival is mostly a cash-based society, but CCBB is one of the few areas that accept credit cards. Under the comfort of a tent you can barter for drafts from established breweries like Stone, Victory and The Bruery. Also present are sudsy start-ups like Coronado, Faction and La Quinta and their beer flows like blood in a Motorhead mosh-pit. There are some truly rare and exceptional selections, but enjoying a tequila-barrel aged ale or imperial pilsner comes at a cost. The more you drink, the more you miss. First, it's an exhausting 5-15 minute walk in 90+ degree weather from any of the stages. Not a big deal once or twice but over 36 hours it adds up. Second, bands perform in quick succession so you'll have to choose whether you really want a craft beer or see live music. Third, because it's open to all-ages, the promoters quarantine drinkers whom cannot leave with intoxicants. The rules are enforced to protect minors, but I'd like to enjoy a crafty beer while listening to bands...crazy I know. Find another way...like secluding the kids, they're the minority. It's pretty much a wasteland outside the Barn's city limits; low quality carnival foods, soft drinks and merchandise. Inside you'll find luxuries you took for granted in your pre-Coachella world like seating, freshly prepared meals and restrooms rather than port-a-potties. If there's a gap in your schedule rest your weary bones here, trust me you don't want to be anywhere else.

The store itself is clean and there is always plenty of staff to ask you if you need assistance in finding the perfect bottle. I made my way to the champagne section and was able to find a special 2012 Laurent Perrier bottle of champagne. I went to the checkout stand, and the bottle rung up a little more than what the advertise tag had stated. The clerk was very understanding and was able to direct me over to a manager who promptly corrected the price adjustment and honor the listed price as opposed to the new updated price. The whole transaction didn't take long at all, and the staff handled the whole situation and away that did not make me feel uncomfortable or thrifty. Staff service: five stars. As mentioned above, there's plenty of staff wandering the floor to assist you if you need something and they are more than happy to give their opinion on some of the bottles should you find yourself on the fence or just needing some general direction. Parking is very easy and I have come to the store several times before. I only wish that this chain had better rewards program as they would probably see more of my business.

We really like to use this liquor store because it is so convenient and they carry just about everything we need. Prices are a little high but when you're going for convenience this was okay with us. So, now I want to tell you that I spent $34 today. And that just about every time I stop in my boyfriend or I spend that much which is several times a week. This time I paid and started for my car and the bag that my alcohol and water and coke were in ...broke! It was the handle on one of the stores little plastic bags, they as we all know, are not very strong. The booze and everything else went all over the parking lot! After picking everything up I went right back inside the store to tell the clerk what happened. He started yelling at me and saying that that could not be what happened and that I must have pulled on the bag intentionally to get it to break!!! What would be the point of that??? He said he wouldn't give me a new bottle of Hornitos (5 dollars) because he said that I must have done something to make the bag break. He kept yelling at me and saying he wasn't going to replace it because it was my fault. He kept yelling that it must have been my fault and then I asked for the owner of the store and the clerk took a new bottle out and gave it to me. It by the way was one of the tiny shot bottles and cost only a little over $5.00. I will NOT be back!!! Neither will my boyfriend. I'm traumatized You lost two great customers.
