A large variety of every type of alcohol you could want or need. And... if they don't have it , they might be able to order for you to have delivered at store for pickup. Nice option. So far I have been impressed with this Bevmo location. It is nicer than the one near Orange, CA and seems a lot bigger also. The employees are very nice! One thing I really like about Bevmo is their policy about returning a product If you do not like it, I am not sure if that goes for all products or only wine. Another thing that I wish Bevmo in general would do more is that 5 cent sale where you can pick two different bottles, it has been a long time since I have seen that. My last point that I wanted to make is that a lot of times the wines that you see online won't be at this particular location, which can be annoying. read more

I enjoy going to BevMo off Cajalco, they have great customer service. Their employees are always eager to help. That is the best part of it. The prices are ok. The selection has diminished. I guess what I come in for is not popular in the area. But I still enjoy my shopping trips there, atleast for the people. read more

***This BevMo! seems to have everything for your entertaining needs from a great variety of beers, wines and spirits to lots of core cocktail ingredients like bitters and agave nectar to make from scratch cocktails; still, there were some areas for improvement--their variety of barware accessories seemed limited, there didn't appear to be much variety of ginger beer even though that is a popular ingredient right now and some of their mini liquor bottles, which make great stocking stuffers (for adults of course), were quite pricey; service was friendly and maybe future visits may deliver more rewarding and good value experiences because there are several pluses here*** This BevMo! is located in a retail plaza that has its own free parking lot; the parking lot is big and it is easy finding an open space. read more

Pretty under-achieving BevMo here unfortunately with not many interesting beers going on. Typical "mini Total Wine" sterile setup, odd things in the fridge that shouldn't be and IPAs that should be in the fridge languishing on the shelf. Stone, Lagunitas, Ballast Point, Firestone Walker, usual suspects of their core lineup. Not a lot of smaller or new breweries stocked. No special releases. Half and half California locals with stale macro junk from a variety of countries. Eh, El Cerrito is across the street practically, which makes this BevMo obsolete for beer nerd types. read more

I like the selection and organization of this BevMo location and I like the fact that they had the type of moscato I was looking for. I did not like the rude cashier - her name is Lindsey- who rang me up. I brought my purchase to the counter the way I picked it up off of the shelf and she said asked one of her co workers if he could get me the right stuff. The moscato was in a case with other flavor a and it was mixed. I explained to her I got it like that and that if it is not intended to be sold that way then they need to make sure it isn't like that on the shelf. I also told her that I wanted to add on a bag of ice and a case of my water to my purchase and she disregarded it. I had to remind her 2 times and she almost went through my entire transaction without everything that I needed. She just had a major attitude for no reason. It's called customer service !! read more

Wait, before you go into this store consider getting your necessities from the Target across the way because they have beer, wine, and liquor at cheaper prices. However, you won't find the craft beers at Target that you will at Bevmo, but even then I would rather go to Total Wine. At BevMo they only carry 12 packs of beer NOT 24's in anything. This location is really small and they were out of stock on a lot of items, so not a lot of options. I will probably never be back. read more

Never coming to this BevMo again. I had a question involving returns but the blonde, slightly overweight female who may have been the manager, cashier was having a long conversation with customers (even though they were checked out and this is the checkout line). The customer got annoyed with me just waiting so the female customer told me to go pick another line and that their conversation "isn't ending anytime soon". I give blonde chick a look like "are you serious!?" And she begrudgingly said "No... What do you need?" She gave me attitude even though her job is not to chit chat, but to work and answer people's questions. She was very rude to me and I will never ever shop at this bevmo again. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Fast check out and carries the tequila we like at a great price. We don't drink much but I would recommend this store for alcohol needs. Clean and organized. Keep up the good work. Wish they would just give the discount instead of forcing to be a member- free membership so doesn't make sense. read more

great selection on alcohol beverages. the prices are lower than other stores. they don't carry the high end wines at this location. according to the manager people in the area don't buy high end wines. they are only available throught their website. becareful because only the alcohol is cheap the rest of the items are very expensive, almost twice of what other stores charge. 1 toblerone bar is 2.90$ compare to 1.60$ at other sores. i love going to this place. i highly recommend this place for beverages. read more

I will no longer shop at BevMo thanks to their manager Chris. My husband and I went in tonight to pick up some wine. We went to check out at 1 of 2 open checkstands. After waiting for a few minutes the cashier told us -I'm closed-no I'm sorry or this transaction is going to take a while or any sign indicating he was not taking anymore customers. We felt that was very rude treatment so asked the cashier whose line we moved to if the manager was available as we were unhappy with his rude treatment. She informed us that he was the manager so I asked her for the phone number for the corporate office. When we completed our purchase we followed her to the desk to wait for the number. Much to our surprise the manager came over and told us to stop badgering his cashier-we were shocked at his statement and told him all we did was ask for a phone number very politely. He than accused us of deliberately coming in that evening to badger the employees. We have never been treated so badly in a place of business by a person in charge of customer service. I am surprised that BevMo employs someone with such bad manager skills. We will not be back and will be calling their corporate office to report Chris for his lack of ethics and horrible customer service and rude and embarrassing treatment of loyal customers. read more

My husband and I went to BevMo in Corona,Ca for wine tasting and received a horrible service experience from the employee managing the tasting area. He extended great service and discourse to the customers before and after us, while we were present. He barely acknowledged that we were there. In addition, he gave us a less than par excuse as to why he did not attend to us as he did others. We requested to meet with the manager who did extend an apology and reassured us he would have a conversation with the employee. He extended an invitation to return. The outcome for us is that we did not purchase any items, we did not consume the tastings as we were made to feel as though we were not a priority as the other customers. I will not return and the sad part about it is; even though it would not make a difference to the business (loss of customers), it makes a difference to us in terms of convenience. read more
