I also suggest you adopt Mr. Roger's motto: " Won't you be my neighbor". Another note , ensure your veggie section is fully stocked. When I shop after 7 p.m. the veggie section is half empty. Today, I was looking for non- organic spinach , but there was only wilted one . One positive note tonight . There was young man, maybe a teenager who was sweeping the floor. His name is Yashoua . He noticed that I had a few items I was holding in my hand . He went out of his way to grab a cart for me without even asking. THANK YOU . Then when I would return the movie a day or two later, I might've stopped inside to browse through the selection of fruits and veggies, but the prices were much higher back then. Fast forward to 2025, I've noticed that this Ralphs location is offering a much higher selection on fresh groceries at decent prices. Lately I've been on a health cleanse and have been shopping here for convenience and higher quality selection for groceries such as turkey meat, pomegranates, celery, etc. The pomegranates are huge and fresh!! The service is fine, employees are friendly, but I try to use self-checkout as much as possible. The ambiance seems a little dark, but that's just probably me. Please do not close this location!

It was so convenient for me to return my online Amazon purchases here at Amazon Fresh. But honestly I could see that the store was not productive. Customers complained about the produce not being fresh etc. I personally didn't do much of my grocery shopping here. I did my grocery shopping at Stater Bros and Albertsons.

Came around 2 pm and asked the staff where the hot foods were and they said they were making new ones for the afternoon time. So if you are craving hot foods either come around lunch time or evening. Not the mid afternoon time as they are in the back making fresh items. There also a fridge of various brands of pet food for your dogs or cats.

I pick up some things if on sal but try to keep to Winco or El Super for produce. They used to do 50% - 75% for same day expiring food, but these days it's maybe 30% if at all (so check your expire dates I've seen full price for same day expiration) which doesn't even bring their prices down to Walmart for the same thing. I hope they bring back 75% off, I used to come in every other day and would buy all the 75% off meat selection and freeze it.

I was looking for chia seeds and had searched on my own without any luck. Fernando noticed I needed help, stopped what he was doing, and walked all the way across the store to personally show me where they were. He was friendly, patient, and had a genuine smile the entire time. His willingness to help made a lasting impression on me. I would also like to recognize your store manager, Addie. When I mentioned to her how helpful Fernando had been, she was genuinely pleased to hear it. Then, without me asking, she began helping me bag my groceries at the self-checkout. She was warm, kind, and engaging throughout our conversation. It was such a thoughtful act of customer service. Experiences like these are one of the main reasons I continue shopping at this Sprouts location. Your employees consistently go above and beyond, and in my opinion, they are the best, bar none.
