I never go to this gas station unless it's for Jalisco beer. And the only reason I'm currently…read moregoing there for the beer is because the arco across the street has been out for a few weeks now. This yelp is specifically for MARIA the store manager whom is extremely rude and to wonder how she ever got a job as a manager is mind blowing. The last couple visits, I've been been dealing with a younger white girl with purple hair and usually she is very helpful and the assistant manager seems to be helpful as well. For the past couple weeks I've been going in and buying Jalisco beer and the cases just haven't been ringing up so everyone but MARIA will usually find a beer around the same price which is $15.99 and scan that one. Today and the past couple times she gets a case that's around $20.00 and says "sorry that's all I can do" no that's not all you can do MARIA! Fix the skew in the Jaliscos it's been weeks! Whatcha doing chick!? I also let her know today that again the arco across the way is $15.99 and have been out. She didn't give a rats booty! Well guess what MARIA after I left ur shitty attitude I went across the street and they had my Jaliscos for $15.99! Due to Maria and the majority of her crappy staff that have terrible attitudes. I mean I would to if I worked at a gas station. I will never go back, actually I may just one more to say hi after this review! HEY MARIA! Maybe you all ur sorry booty across the street and check the price yourself! They are fully back in stock at the Arco across the away from ur crap chevron.

I went to this gas station this morning and my entire front passengers tire is covered in yellow…read morepaint. The exact same yellow color the entire Shell gas station is painted in. I called then when I got to work and the lady at the station said somebody else did it wasn't their problem there's nothing they could do. Literally the exact same color as the entire Shell gas station and they're telling me that it was someone else they put no caution cones up no warning signs nothing she literally said other people were calling and complaining as well but that it wasn't their problem and that the owner didn't care now I have to get my car cleaned because of their lies and carelessness I do not believe that this was someone else's mess I believe that cash it was lying at the very least they could put up a cone or blocked off the area but no that's too much. So disgusted by the rude indifferent attitude your employee showed.

You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job and goes out of his way to help people instead of just going through the motions. Employees like Austin make a noticeable difference, and I hope management sees this and recognizes what a great employee they have. Definitely 5 stars for Austin.

I gave this Walgreens pharmacy several chances, but my experience today was unacceptable…read more I came to the pharmacy after a procedure, expecting my prescriptions to be ready, but Instead, I was told they were not ready and had to wait. The delays in filling prescriptions have been an ongoing issue and have made an already stressful situation even more difficult! What made today particularly upsetting was how I was treated by Michelle, the pharmacy technician. My doctor was literally on the phone with me at the pharmacy, actively trying to reach the pharmacy and help resolve the issue.. While my doctor was on the call, Michelle told me I needed to move out of the way. When I explained that my doctor was on the phone and actively trying to help, she responded, "Welllll, we're answering our phones, so you need to move we have customers ahead of you." I understand that pharmacies can be busy and that there are other customers waiting. However, the way I was spoken to was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially considering I had just undergone a procedure, was in significant pain, and my physician was actively trying to resolve the situation with the pharmacy. Patients should be treated with basic courtesy and compassion. Based on their very poor rating as a location Walgreens should reconsider who they are hiring. Based on the other reviews, my experience was not an isolated event. So to customers be aware and believe the reviews. This location has a very rude and unprofessional staff who will dismiss you even if you're on the phone with your doctor!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Walmart today…read more After paying for my groceries, I realized I had accidentally left one of my reusable fabric shopping bags in the produce section. I went back inside, found my bag, and headed back out. Because I accidentally walked toward the wrong door first, I simply walked a couple of feet over to the correct exit and left. A few minutes later, while I was sitting in my car, a Walmart employee approached me and demanded to see my receipt because i walked out the wrong door. I understand that receipt checks may be part of store policy, and I would have gladly cooperated. What upset me was the employee's attitude and the way he handled the situation. While I was looking for my receipt, he rudely said, "Just give me the bag of food and we'll call it even," implying that I had stolen my groceries. I found that comment insulting and unprofessional. Once I located my receipt, he looked at it, handed it back, said, "Have a good day," and walked away without any apology or acknowledgment. To make matters worse, when I got home I called to speak with a manager. Around 3:30 p.m. I was told the manager was at lunch and to call back after 5:00 p.m. When I called back after 5:00, I was then told the manager had already gone home. I was told the manager is off at 5 every day.... I understand that employees have a job to do, but customers deserve to be treated with respect. Being spoken to as though I had stolen something, only to be proven that I had paid for everything, was embarrassing and unacceptable. I hope Walmart provides better customer service training and ensures customers have a way to speak with management when concerns like this arise.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. On multiple visits, I've found the…read moreemployees to be unfriendly and unhelpful, regardless of the time of day. I've also had repeated issues trying to load money onto my credit card, and no one has been able or willing to resolve the problem. My most frustrating experience happened around 2:00 a.m. There was an employee inside the store, so we reasonably assumed the store was open. When we asked if they were open, the employee simply looked at us and walked away without saying a word, leaving us standing outside confused with no explanation. A 7-Eleven is expected to provide reliable, 24-hour service and basic customer courtesy. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience at this location. I hope management addresses the customer service issues and provides employees with better training on communicating respectfully with customers.
