Front desk said no problem, and then once I got there the nurse practitioner I met with refused to answer a basic question about whether or not my symptoms were common or if I should come back to get extra testing. Informed me that it's another visit just to ask any questions! Money grab, zero interest in patients. She tried to say it was because of insurance, when I said I have no insurance she said then it's about time management. Either you have time for new patients or you don't. Extremely disappointed, spent almost $400 just to be told spend more to speak to me. Never going back, and highly recommend anyone new look elsewhere. Or at the very least don't meet with their NP.

She listened to all of my issues, asked good questions about it all, and then explained to me in amazing detail her thoughts on it all. She offered me treatment options but did not pressure me into anything. She not only gave me peace of mind on my symptoms and experiences but she also explained the why of all of the symptoms. She spent over 30 minutes in the room with me, longer than any doctor ever has. She was so caring and she was so sweet. I cannot thank her enough for the amazing care she provided me with. She asked lots of personal questions that wasn't related to my care. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor…read more The receptionist were really nice and MORE than willing to help me and I didn't have to wait that long at all when I got back to the room but I have a feeling Dr. Aboagye Ageyenim Boateng had a short list of patients bc of his horrible attitude! I work full time and am in school full time and don't have the time or money to be going to the doctors office to begin with, so I only go when I have no choice because I'm sick or I know something is wrong. I explained to this doctor the problems I've been having and he made me out to seem stupid! He told me I'm still growing when I'm 23 years old and didn't want to examine me or even run tests to see what was going on! I went home feeling like I was dumb for even going to the doctor when I KNOW when something isn't right with my body. He prescribed me a $108 birth control and sent me on my way, no tests, no examination, nothing when I specifically asked to be checked out and had a gown on and everything! Also, came in there obviously losing my voice and congestion because I've been sick for two weeks and I didn't even get to ask him about that before he was pushing me out the door. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER go here and avoid Dr. Aboagye Ageyenim Boateng. as much as possible. I now have to go to ANOTHER doctor because this one didn't even care enough to take care of me!
