Since my original review I have now delivered my child. I can not come up with any complaints…read moreabout the treatment I received while pregnant. Each visit was a pleasant experience and I always felt all of my questions were answered. Towards the end of my pregnancy I had a rough fall and ended up at the hospital for a couple hours of fetal monitoring. Nurse mid-wife Sue Davey was on call that day and I was very pleased with how she and the nursing staff took care of me. They could have easily brushed me off and down-played what turned out to be nothing to worry about, but instead they took my concerns seriously and made me feel much better. My daughter was born healthy and perfect with the assistance of Dr. Anne Bingham. We've decided to choose Dr. Bingham as my regular doctor because she was so wonderful through out labor and delivery, but I honestly believe we would have felt the same no matter which one of the DRs or the nurse mid-wife ended up delivering.

When I found out she was no longer a practitioner at my old OBGYN office, I almost panicked. Thank you Elizabeth, for providing such exceptional care for me all these years.

However, after read reviews on google and Yelp. I switched to Cresent Street OBGYN and asked for Dr. Boney in specific (knowing that I have to wait 3 months to get an appointment) The office atmosphere is really friendly and relaxed. Check in process is really easy and fast. I arrived 20 mins earlier than my appointment time and Dr. Boney was able to see me right after I checked in. She is such a nice, patient and thoughtful doctor. The 3 months waiting time is totally worthy.

When I went to the window I was told I had to reschedule my appointment because there is a 10 minute late policy. THERE WAS AN ACCIDENT that was out of my control. I tried calling the office when I was sitting on rte 9 but the answering service was still on duty. I understand there are policies in place however in extreme cases such as car accidents there should be some wiggle room. The time and aggravation from this morning has warranted me seeking care elsewhere.

As someone who has undergone IVF, I've had many ultrasounds and I have to say this was the nicest and most comfortable I've been having one done! There was soft music, ambient lighting, and the technician, JS, was so very supportive and reassuring. I don't know if she realizes how much her kind demeanor and words meant to me that day. The staff here are absolutely top notch. I love my primary provider Dr. Aziz and trusted her implicitly with the life altering decision of a hysterectomy. I've also seen Dr. Bruno, Joan Messner, and Michelle Plyler...all with excellent bedside manner and compassion. I'd also like to mention Doreen who has been my chaperone many times and is also the administrator, she's always so kind and caring when I'm at the office! The staff and providers here truly care about their patients, I would recommend CountyOB to anyone looking for compassionate care!

Thanks to the compassionate care provided by Dr. Marlaine Jean-Miller & the entire team, my previous fear of visiting the OB-GYN has transformed into a feeling of reassurance & ease. They genuinely care about their patients, taking the time to thoroughly discuss any concerns or questions, which makes all the difference. The triage nurse Kendra is also amazing and has helped to ease my anxiety going through my first and current pregnancy. The warm, professional environment and personalized attention make this practice a five-star choice for anyone seeking compassionate women's health care in Rocky Hill.
