I should have waited and thought about it, because I have been in pain in an area I didn't even HAVE pain when I went in for the last 7 months. I've been in multiple times to give him a chance to fix it. One of them even popped off a month and a half after he placed it, and I was out of town when it came off. I spent weekend in more pain while I waited for an appointment to get it put back on. The last straw was my last visit. I went again to give him a chance to make the crown right, and he fully yelled at me about how his crowns were perfectly seated and I had an abscess and needed antibiotics-this was the 3rd time he'd tried to throw antibiotics and pain meds at me, which I never took. He was completely unwilling to take any responsibility or listen to what I was saying I thought was the problem. He just continued to yell that he told me I might still have to have a root canal (which I don't remember him ever saying) and that I needed to see an endodontist, for which he gave me one referral. In looking at my records, it appears he said he did more work than he did, so I intend to follow up with my insurance to see what they were actually billed for, because he never did a comprehensive assessment and he only worked on 2 of my teeth. It seems as if he looks just hard enough to find a high dollar problem and then sells that to you. He also left my husband and daughter in pain, worse than when they went in. We're looking into our options. Stay away from this guy. After talking to my insurance, I found out he billed for 2 fillings that never happened, as well as an evaluation which I don't think you could consider what he did anywhere near an evaluation. I'm filing an appeal with insurance and a report to the board for fraud and terrible service.

Needless to say, I didn't go back to either one. Majestic was completely different. They were patient, honest, and transparent about what I actually needed. They cleaned my teeth, did a root canal, and put a crown on the tooth the other dentists wanted to pull. It's been a while now and my tooth is perfectly fine! This place is filthy and run down. The young girl giving X-rays took about 20 minutes to take my x…read morerays. She put the DATED x ray tool on the counter and back in my mouth several times. She then walked around the office with the gloves she used for my mouth. There is dust everywhere, the walls are even filthy. Not only was the hygiene horrendous but the dr spent about 3 minutes examining my mouth (while sitting up). He looked at the x ray looked at my mouth and asked what I wanted to do. It was by far the most bizarre dental experience I have ever had. I grew up with a mother who was a dental assistant so I know how clean these places should be and how the office should look. I would say RUN. They have a bunch of young girls working here, they look like teenagers, chewing gum and who are clueless. This place is scary. Not to mention they are over charging. My partner got his wisdom teeth out and after insurance it was free. We both have the same job, they were trying to charge $300.00 after insurance. I asked the front desk lady the insurance should have covered the entire amount. She said "that's our pricing you can go elsewhere". She didn't say it rudely at all. She was very kind and helpful. Each room has Netflix so you can watch while they're working on your teeth. They offer water, blankets, etc. Overall, my experience has been wonderful and I'll be so sad when I have to depart from this place when I'm forced to relocate for work. They have taken care of me from my ex husband's teeth pulling to my cracked crowns to my Invisalign journey. Most of the girls are really wonderful to speak with and always welcoming. I did not have tooth pains before I went here and ever since I have had terrible pain in my teeth and jaw. I was told I had to have a root canal and they referred me to a place that charges $500 for the just consult alone which did not go towards the actual work itself. I didn't have any pain before I went there and now I experience pain regularly. Not only that but I was also told I needed other root canals. This was false information. I have since been to a much better/trustworthy dentist office that not only told me that I do NOT need additional root canals but they also had to fix a filling that was done by Lush within the timeframe given by insurance. Therefore I had to pay double to fix the work they did poorly due to not enough time passing. This place is a complete rip off, and I strongly discourage anyone from ever going here and having to experience what I did.
