From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Flow, the barista, was absolutely amazing--friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about both the pastries and the coffee. It's always refreshing to meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, and it shows in the service. She shared that they roast their beans in house, which explains the rich, fresh flavor in every cup. They also sell the beans on site, and there's even a coffee grinder available for customers, which is a thoughtful touch for anyone passing through town. And the pastries? Yummy and perfect alongside the coffee. If you're traveling through Stevenson or working in the area like we were, this place is definitely worth the stop. Our first drinks made by Karissa were great with great service which made it easy to come back. But our visits stopped after the manager Shelby made our drinks so poorly they were undrinkable. It was burnt, bitter and undrinkable. I called and complained about the drinks seeing I was out of town. Shelby politely says to come back and get new ones. Once she remembered me her smile went away, she reluctantly made our coffees. I said thank you turned and took a sip, it was too bitter again.
